2 Fast 2 Vast Auto - DWC

thegrowtent Just transplanted the seedlings today into DWC. I did not do a very good job of transplanting them carefully and on time. All 5 had roots growing out the bottom of the rapid rooter when I pulled them from the germ tray. I couldn't get the roots to stick through the net pot so I just carefully layed them on the bottom layer of hydroton. My system has some pretty rudimentary automation but it gets the job done. Temp and humidity are controlled by modules inside the tent. PPM, reservoir temp, and pH are all displayed on a bluelab monitor inside the tent. I repurposed a smart alarm clock to monitor the environment in the tent and send the vitals to an app in my phone. Since I'm so impatient, I bought a $60 nanny cam to sit in the tent so I can monitor progress remotely.
