@Guedro, I think it's a spider mite but I have bad English and I don't know much about insects because I work mostly indoors. As far as I know, any poison from the local store should work. you won’t lose anything if you don’t spray your plants

@ArthurStotch, there are some tiny insects, yellow/brown color, could it be aphids? Should I apply some Neem Oil?

oh sorry dude this is outdoor....insects 100%. treat with insecticide everything within a radius of 2 meters
