Solocup Challenge 2020.
@Silky_smooth asked me to Participate. and well why not
Iam always open to new Challenges,
And I think It will be challengeing.
Never grown in a Solocup Before
So Iwas thinking a While wich Strains i should take,
And i decided to take good growers and resiliant ones.
I´ve chosen 3 Strains , 1 Photoperiod and 2 Automatics
"Honey Cream" From RQS.... its a vigor Grower, resilant.... maybe toooo bulky.. we will see
I started like always in soaking the Seed
I took a
little Teapot ( around 400 ml) and let them soak.
I am thinking about tzthe Drainage Material i should take
Claypebbles?
Claygranules?
Mesh?
Perlite=?
So Pls tell me what you prefer,,,, thy

The Seeds went under a wet Kitchensponge
Saturday
Nice long Taproot, so tomorrow it will get Planted
Sunday
Seed was planted. It had a nice long Taproot
I took Claypebbles and let them soak and wash them a little
then into the Jug and some additional Perlite
Filled uo with my Soilmix and " Living Organics"
Some drips of water.... done
Friday
I totally forgot to update... lool,,,,, she is showing up yaaay
Sunday August 2nd.
Second Week of the Girl started
Unfortunately i dropped the small teapot with the Plant
So I had to get another Pot
And transplanted her today Into
Fortunately she was not harmed, and doing very well
She gets topped soon
Friday, August 7th.
The Girls were looking alittle limy, so i gave them AZOSPIRILLIUM
this is a Bacteria, that binds the N in the Air, and makes it avialable for the Plant
Girls were Green again after 24 Hours
Shes been topped, already showing new growth
Thursday, August 13th.
Shes growing good.
She is showing Sex
She was topped Yesterday
I think she drinks around 70-100 ml a Day
She needs Nutrients, because of looking Limy, and more Water
So I mixed a bigger batch for all Solocuppers
I have been away for 10 days,
My Plantsitters had here a tricky Job
She was overwatered, and needs some Food
But i think thats no Problem... In worst case i took her out of Solocup
Challenge and give her a big Growingpot
But we will see, Shes the only Photoperiodic here ,
and she has to move today in the Flowering tent
September, 4th.
The Honey Cream is the only one from the Solocuppers who looks vital
She stands outdoors
Maybe i give her a big Pot and let her grow, its such anice Strain
September, 18th.
This is my true Number ONE!!!!
Such agreat Strain.
This plant looks good!, she was overwatered, underfed, and stand outdoors for Weeks now
And she bounced back, and Performing like A( Royal) Queen.... lol
Iam growing this strain as Big Plants too, and they are my absolute Favourites this Year
Just have alook into the ' Royal Outdoor"_ Diaries

September, 25th
The Honey cream moved Indoors today, standing in my new Big tent
Now she gets big amounts of Light,,,,,
going to feed her tomorrow
Today we made some Photosession
Lovely Strain. She had hard Conditions during this Solocup-Contest.
At first Overwatering and Pests, Underfeeding and so on.... This is such a lovely resiliant Strain. And showed here her Qualities. I was Growing her Outdoors This Year,,, for me one of the Best Outdoor Strains for Northern Hemisphere
She was going Through hard Conditions. In the beginning i was in Holiday. Plant was underfed and overwatered and had Spidermites and White Flies,,, ( poor girl)
But she came back like a Champ , when the conditions went better for her.
Great Strain, very Recommendable. very resiliant
Beautifull simply beautifull.....a tea pot....maybe you be alice and i’ll be the cheshire cat and we’ll have ourselfs a mad tea-party....but i am sure that you Will take us to wonderland.....🙏🙏❤️Happy growing and good luck in this amazing event.....🙏🙏🙏

Claypebbles seems to be the best draining material IMO :) But I want to ask you, you did not drill holes in it right ? Why use a draining material then? Isn't the water going to be trapped and won't that provoke a root rot ?
She was looking really goood friday, give us some new pictures of that original cannatea grow :)

I just checked my GDA in the solocup, and her roots are whiiite as fuck so that is perfect but they already are in the claypebbles, I am aprox 100% sure they will root rot !
@Mrs_Larimar, makes sense, my current plan is to keep it in soil to give as much growth medium as possible, but to manually trim roots every week like a bonsai. Is it autoflowering?
