The purple color is most likely due to the temperature of your water, the cold brings out the purple color. Can you give us more info? What do you have these growing in, glass vials? I’m interested in seeing a micro grow if that’s what your doing...

@WeirdBeard, thanks, you are right! I took care of the root temperature and the purpleing went away. They are an old smoothie packaging :p I like to recycle this way. So I can cut the bottom of it and slide all of my plant easily in my final plant pouches.
