My ph is to high 7.5 and wont go down ,everything i give them has a ph of 5.5
I test the water and de soil everyday and for the last 5 days the soil dus not go lower than 7.5
does anyone know why?
I am using a new aqua master 150 and i calibrate it every 2 days just to be sure
A little aluminum sulphate or sulfur can lower your soil ph. Obtainable at a nursery. Keep an eye that your ec is rising in your planter as well. Cheers friend
Ik heb gevonden waarom ik een probleem heb met de P.H van het aarde.
De aarde is per misverstand 2x bemest geweest met worm mest.
En daarom groeit ze zo traag
De eerste vier weken van haar leven zat ze in aarde met een PH van 7.5
Door de hoge PH groeit ze heel traag in de hoogte maar ze word wel breeder en compact nu dat de PH lager is.
De PH zakt heel traag maar zeker, nu is het PH op 6.7 en ik hoop dat ik de PH tegen volgende week op 6 krijg

hey victor, glad you got your PH problems under control, but am I reading correctly your solution temp. is 27degree's im a noob and its my first grow I'm also trying to grow gelato #33 regardless if thats true that seems like a massive problem, i started with a warmer solution as well, as it was kinda in the tent so it was about 23-25 but water doesn't hold oxygen very well at those temps it holds it best at cooler temps, and you wanna get that oxygen to your roots, you can go to low as well about about 20.5C is probably great, i do it at 20C because i figure its warming it up a bit anyway and it takes me a minute to feed and i aerate the bucket with a fish pump and stone for like 10min and during sometimes, get all the oxygen they can handle.
Good luck hope its a typo or something you can correct, you can use plastic bottles filled with ice, or ice cubes although it will slightly offset your PH and EC/PPM so you'll have to double check if you use just ice

I try to get the water on the same temp as the environment
so that there is no thermal shock so that the plant thus not get unnecessary stress
letting the soil dry up before watering give's the plant enough oxygen.

Already defoliating? How did they react? I did LST the ones i'm working on.. however they seem to not like it that much. Meh. Thought about defoliation..however I was planning to do it later on. We are now on the 3rd week. Yours continue to look green and healthy, despite the PH issues. Some of my friends use vinegar to low down the PH.. and it seems to work fine for their plants. At least it is something organic. A spoon of vinegar per 1 litre of water.

Er is een hitte golf waar ik woon, tis 21.00 uur en tis nog altijd 36 graden Celsius
En er is al 4 uur geen elektriciteit in de buurt
Dus kan ik geen ventilatie geven, geen airco en ook geen verlichting geven aan de meisjes 😱
Ik hoop dat ze overleven! 🙏
