She had quite a bit smaller tail than Red Poison but it was long enough to plant. 1/4" at least. I am curious to see how much I can get from this plant in a solo cup vs what I just harvested considering the issues I had being a beginner not knowing a thing about what I was doing. This is my chance to see if I've actually learned anything.

7.28.20 Sleepy lil AK just popped her head above ground last night. She sure is a slow grower compared to the others. Hope she catches up.
7.31.20 A little late updating her but here we go. She's got some odd growing first set of true leaves. I'm not sure this is a great sign. Maybe she popped from her shell too soon (even though it was much slower than the rest) maybe? I'm not sure. We'll see how it goes. I may start miniscule amounts of NFTG Medusa's Magic this week to keep nutes in the soil in such a small cup but I'm not sure it will help this one. She may just be born to die. We'll see. I'm not ready to give up on her just yet.
Late update, I was in the hospital for several days and was unavailable. Huge thanks to my other half for keeping the ladies alive for me while I was away. He did the best he could considering he knows nothing about this hobby of mine.
She has such odd growth! This is not uncommon with the seeds I got frow Growers Choice. Almost every one of them have had something off about them.
No real news this week. She has some odd growing patterns for sure. It's like she grew 2 heads on her own. Guess that makes it where I won't have to top her to get more colas. We'll see how it goes.
This little lady is not growing very tall at all. She looks healthy as can be even with the funky growth pattern. Short but healthy, no sign of flowers yet. The preflowers are microscopic so it may be a minute before this show really get on the road.
This was slow to start but shes starting to catch up a little bit. She has a long way to go still. This one has such a funky growth pattern still. It's like she did her own topping to begin with and it seems she will have a couple top colas without any further training from me. Win-win I'd say.
This AK from Growers Choice is starting to do much better in the growth department. She's getting taller and starting to bud out. Makes me happy she's going to give me some decent buds because I just ran out of the last AK I harvested and she was delicious after a good cure. I can't wait to see what this one gives me.

She just moving right along at her own pace. Honestly, I am surprised by her growth in this container. I didn't expect her to get as big as she did, though she isn't very big, and I never expected her to have that many bud sites. Go AK, GO! Make mommy proud!
Well this little lady isn't even close to being done and honestly, she has grown a hell of a lot better than I thought she would. I know there won't be many buds but I'll sure enjoy what there is. Maybe this time I won't chop too early. Haha! She's still got quite a while to go.
She's doing good! Better than I thought she would. She has a beautiful mini wild tree look to her. I'm loving growing this strain this time! I think she needs to fatten up a bit though.
This one grew much better than the last one I grew. Even though it was in this tiny cup, the buds look a lot healthier and have more trichomes than the other.
This may be a much smaller harvest than my last AK from Growers Choice but these buds look a lot better! It grew way better than I had expected her to in this small container. I'm pretty happy with this small harvest.
@QuantumSkies, thank you. This will be the 3rd AK from them I've grown. The 1st 2 were pretty nice plants for the most part. Part of the issues was due to my inexperience and part of it was genetic. I still got around 3 dry oz between the two and with all things considered I took it as a win. I know this one won't produce much being in a solo cup but I didn't mind too much. I just wanted to finish that batch of seeds up. I've got better stuff to grow now. ILGM white widow and some stuff from Sweet Seeds. So we're just going to have fun with this one....and oddly fun she looks 🤣

It's definitely some interesting growth. I've not seen one grow like this so I'm super interested to see how she turns out.
@Canna96, thank you but nah man, I saw your fertigation post and about crapped myself 😂 must teach me oh wise master! My outside tomatoes did for crap this year too (that's on me though) we didn't get enough water and I've been too up and down ill to do much outside watering and fertilizing.
