That looks correct. I would have started about a week earlier, but that will work fine UNLESS it's an auto. It looks like you are growing autos. I would be worried that the plant will go into flower before it can fully develop the offshoots. You'll be fine if it's a sativa dominant auto strain probably because they take a bit longer.
Very healthy. Doesnt look like its flowering yet. Maybe preflower. When you see pistils popping out of the tops, you'll know. Don't switch to bloom nutes until after the stretch ends.
They look nice and healthy, the drooping leaves look like they could be tiny bit of heat stress to me does it sometimes get close to 30°c in your space during the day?

She's quite open and not too dense, I just would cut the leaves which are covering budsites. Take care, it's an Auto and you can easily stunn her by defoliating too much.

When should I harvest ? When should I start flora kleen? Because the last time when I left my plant for 15 weeks I could feel less THC. I’m worried now. I just want the highest THC so when should I harvest my plant? And is she healthy?
I start flushing wen the thricomes ( you can check them with a jewelers loop) are turning cloudy and harvest when a 5/10% of them are amber ( on the buds ) .
Flora kleen or every else flush product you can use it for sure the first heavy flush so it can suck all the salts in the runoff water, then u can use it the next week if the salts level are uet high or you can only continue the flushing process with only water and maybe a little bit of molasses to get the best from your crop! Your plants look healy and near the flush!
If you have not or are not planning to buys a jewelers loop now , i suggest u to star flushing now and harvest in like 2 week +-
