Got these in the soil on the evening of Friday, July 24. They all popped by this morning, Sunday the 26th. They're still too little to bother posting pictures of. My last two grows were really bad so I added a shit ton of perlite and we're gonna see if we can get some good weeds.
Uh these pics are from day 18. So far the plants look better than the previous two grows, barely. The forum stomper (unpictured) was stunted pretty bad due to the initial stem growing in with a major bend in it. It is short and bushy and I'm just gonna ride it out because its my last forum stomper seed, and I don't want to waste it.
I have been watering maybe twice a week. I think overwatering was an issue with past grows. I added a tiny bit of calmag to the most recent watering and will try to make sure these ladies are getting enough of that. Just flipped the light schedule to 18/6 due to a build up of heat in my grow environment (venting into the same room i'm pulling air from but the room is a poorly sealed garage).
I think my temps are too high and my humidity is too low. If anyone has tips, let me know!
The plants are fucked again. Every time this happens. Watering once every 3-4 days, waiting until pots get very light and dry. Just started feeding with advanced nutrients Sensi bloom parts a & b.
Why are my leaves yellowing on the bottom? Every day it spreads upwards despite adding Nitrogen and regulating temps/humidity. Please help :(
I dont know im just posting pictures because they look pretty damn healthy to me. New growth is rich green without horrible issues like my past grows. advanced nutrients sensi bloom a and b and rhino skin +calmag are all im using and its working wonders. letting them dry and watering only every 3-4 days (twice a week)
I need some help with the yellowing going on. I am feeding them advanced nutrients sensi bloom and calmag twice a week, and for a while that was doing a good job making the new growth dark green, but now its yellowing a little.
I've had worse, but I would really like to see these through to beautiful completion.
Day 67. Fed with Sensi Bloom a & b, Hydroplex, and some cal mag (not enough).
Things are going well. The Forgotten Cookies x Forum Stomper is probably looking at about another week; all pistils are orange and trichomes are beginning to turn amber. It smells like cookies. Thats my favorite weed smell, and I am hoping she finishes strong.
The other two I am just
The main cola of the forgotten cookies x forum stomper was harvested yesterday. I received a microscope in the mail and it showed that a nice amount of the trichomes were amber and all the rest were cloudy. The leafs were dying so I figured fuck it.
The rest of the plants dont seem to be packing on density. I am not sure what to do about that.
Hi Friend,
You neglected to mention if you have a grow room in your garage, or if you're trying to control heat and humidity without an enclosure. If you do have a tent that you're venting to and from the garage you need a cooling air vaporizer. I have a nice little Levoit atomizer listed on Amazon that I bought before this years heat wave for $37. On the lowest setting it keeps my temperature at 77F and humidity at 60% inside a 5'x5'x7' grow tent while running 700 watts of LED lights. Hard to beat that.
Good Luck with your grow.
@touchespenguins,
Yes. Basically it operates like a small swamp cooler. It converts the water to a mist rather than the larger size droplets that a standard humidifier does. It then has a fan that gently blows the mist the direction you wish. The mist is about 10 degrees Fahrenheit cooler than the ambient air temp.
@AuldKelt, Hi! Thank you for the reply. It is a 2x4 tent set up in my garage, and because im pulling from and exhausting to the same space heat is building up. This week is really hot, so I am looking for a temporary solution to keep temps down. I will look into the atomizer. Does it just add humidity?
