3 seeds germinated using wet paper towel method. Took about 2 days and then planted in 5 gallon fabric pots as this is their final container. 100% germination! Stoked! I'm growing in 50% soil and 50% coco with perlite. Starting with 60mls plain PHed water and will increase accordingly.
Girls really taking off this week. I will be feeding nutrients very slowly and alternating water every other day until the girls are a little bigger and can handle feed/feed/water schedule i plan on using. Slowly dropping my light inch by inch till i hit 18 inches from canopy.
Growing Vigorously so far. One and the largest of the 3 is showing pistils on day 15💪🏼
Day 18 started LST on 2 of the 3. Will LST 3rd once a little taller.
This is my first run with autos and when seeing pistils i read that its time to switch to bloom nutrients. I have only fed grow nutrients 1 time so far so is it time to switch to bloom already? Pics posted in week 3
Not yet, hold on for 15 to 25 more days. A small number of pistils are not flowering yet, its pre-flower, at about day 25 from seed you will notice a bunch of pistils coming up from the top and from the other bud sites, even tho the top ones will be more noticiable first. You consider it flowering then, and even then you should wait about 10 days to change it to bloom nutes.
Day 28! Lots of growth I feel like the stretch is basically over now.
Day 30 added bamboo cages to help lst and support flowers in the future.
Day 34 - trichomes starting to be produced on all 3 ladies!
Day 36 - one girl 31 inches and other 2 are 29 inches high. Smell is starting to get stronger. Flowers growing great so far. Will defoliate later this week but as of now I’m just tucking leaves from bud sites.
Day 39 some main cola shots. Did some light defoliation to the lower level for air flow.
Day 42 - flowers smelling sweet and putting on weight

Day 49 - start of week 8. Smelling very nice at this point! Very sweet
Day 51 - Using a 40x loupe to try and get some up close flower and trichome shots. Some blurry using iPhone X.
Day 53 - some flower and plant shots after feeding.
Day 56 - Some full plant shots in a different light rather than under the grow light. All 3 gaining a lot of weight and smelling very strong. They smell like pine trees!
Day 59 - main cola shot. Will flush next water.
Day 61 - Deciding to do my flush today. Some amber coming threw all over the plants. Im aiming for 2 weeks flush. Water temp for flush was 17 degrees Celsius.
Day 63 - Some shots showing leaf fade. Just tucking leaves down from bud sites daily.
Day 65 - more shots. Tucking leaves. Just watching the girls thicken up.
Day 67 - fading more and more. Looking great so far. Going to aim to chop around day 80. Sniping off leaves that are basically dead.
Day 70 - Fading quite nicely and fast. Trimming off brown dead leaves when they appear.
Day 71 - Harvested a side branch from the smallest plant of the 3 girls. I trimmed the flowers and decarbed in the oven at 240 degrees for 40 minutes. Sampled a small portion with a dry herb vape. Intense head high! Excited for the flush to finish.
Day 73 - A few more leaves trimmed off. I’m very happy about the trichomes at this point and will likely chop down the girls and start drying in the next day or 2.
Day 76 - Harvest day!! These are the last photos of the 3 girls before chop. I’m very happy about where they are in trichome colour. There is some amber starting to show in all threw out the lower levels and that is great for me. Quite large buds all over the ladies. Main colas are massive and absolutely covered in frost. Smell is so strong of pine and hints of lemon.
On harvest day I placed in dry racks all of harvested flower in order of top quality flower to lower quality flower. Top 2 racks are 3 main colas and biggest flowers from all 3 plants on the second rack. Last 2 racks are lower flowers of the plants. All flowers heavily frosted threw out the 3 plants even the smaller one that was grown a little outside the direct light. My dry room area was at 60% RH and temp was 22 Celsius. It was warmer than what I wanted but was all I could do for a dry room. I took the bottom 2 racks and decided to make butter out of 30 grams and freeze the rest for later butter use. It took 7 days to dry the top 2 racks to where I decided to go ahead and trim up the rest of flower for jarring and curing. I jarred 70 grams of dried flower and placed in mason jars for curing. I’m aiming to cure 3 plus months with sampling each month. Burping jars accordingly. I harvested 70grams of dried bud, 20 grams of dried trim I added with the wet flower(71g) in the freezer to be used for butter making that 91 grams for a grand total of 161 grams (5.75 ounce) of useable cannabis material!! Amazing! The flowers have such a delicious smell after trimming. I made 2 cups of butter with the magic butter machine with 30 grams of decarbed flower and baked into a total of 48 chocolate chip cookies. The high from a half cookie was a perfect strength for me and gave me the feeling of being ina happy uplifted dreamy state. It feels 100% sativa. I love the high! Excited to see how the bud will be after a few months of curing.
All 3 plants extremely easy to grow from day 1. Need a lot of LST to keep the girls from getting too tall if height is a issue for you. I had zero nutrient issues and any point threw out the whole grow. I never topped these flower but I would next time I grow these cause I feel like under my conditions they could of handled the stress and still grew quite well if not even bigger. For the time and yield of these plants I’m extremely pleased by FastBuds Mexican airlines genetics and would love to grow again. I’m planning on growing each seed from fast buds to test them all!
