Dropped my EC from 2.5 to 1.8 today.
I've been having problems adjusting to the new EC in the water at the new house.
I will monitor the EC and pH for a week and see how the plants react.

@realeafZA, i like your set up, the only thing i see is your air tube should be black, or cover it up where it is prone to light, those will build up with algae and will mess with your roots and ph. that plant is going to be huge, your lucky man
