Planted these girls on 12/29 in jiffy pellets. 1 sprouted on day 7, the other is just starting to sprout now.
My growspace is very short (36 inches) so height is definitely going to be the limiting factor.
I'm trying to figure out what the optimal number of plants/pot size will be for my grow space for future grows so I'm testing a 1 gallon fabric pot and a 5 gallon fabric pot that I'm only putting ~2.5 gal of coco mix in.
Plant #1 (named Miss Greenbaum) will be in the bigger pot.
Plant #2 (named Chelsea) will be in a 1 gal pot but is still just sitting in the jiffy pellet for now.
Turned on my second lamp. 140W array is above her, and then there's a 135W UFO light at a 30 degree angle pointed at her as well.
I have to turn off the UFO light for ~8 hours/day because the setup is in my bedroom and its fan sounds like a bloody jet engine.
She's super dense, when I'm in there trying to LST it feels like I'm picking through a salad.
I switched her from 24h light to 20/4. She's only had 2 nights of this but she's definitely stretching a lot more which is making the internode spacing larger and LST easier.
Some of her biggest/oldest leaves started yellowing at the tips -- pretty sure it's nitrogen deficiency so I upped the level of N and raised pH to 6.3 for the last watering and this seems to be helping.
Did a flush with water to get rid of the lingering nutrients. She lost most of her fan leaves!
Now just giving her very light Overdrive. Looks like she's going to be ready to harvest next week!
