Tops are growing a little bit, got wider and grew some new nodes. Roots should be pretty established at this point. Been moving the light about 2 in every 3 days, will be adding a CFL here shortly. got her first foliar feed today. all is well so far
Had a good week. I will be rotating the CFL Around The Room daily. she really likes to hug the ground. finally got the humidifier even though it's a cheap one and it sucks it's definitely going to be a help. These House and Garden nutrients are doing well by me. stay tuned folks.✌️
had to give it a good flush tonight. the pH was in the high Eights, now it's back down to somewhat normal 6.7 or now. took out the pine bark mulch in case that was the pH issue. did some LST to open her up. started running the mammoth P. pretty good growth over all this week, I'm happy✌️
overall so far a healthy no hassle grow. give her a good flush pH is holding in the normal range. Going to hold off till next week to add a bloom booster. Stay tuned folks✌️
she has really taken off in the last week or so. love how the purple starts right from the beginning of flower. getting a nice faint sweet smell off of it. Beautiful strain always going to be one of my favorites.✌️
she is doing well starting to form some resin on it now. Smell got really Noticeable this week, It's really a sweet Floral skunky type smell original to the dark devil.never a huge yielder for me but a staple in my room. I love the looks and the nice giddy uplifting effect✌️
love how beautiful these girls get in flower. so easy and so beautiful always one of my favorites to grow . snipped off the tips of all the buds trying to do some back building , seem to really help bulk them up . added top shooter this week and cut out all the additives. 1 more week of nutes then straight water till the end. started the flush on her. Checked the trichs and they are clouding up! The house and garden top shooter really had some amazing effect, fixtails popping all over the place!! I feel the homemade airlines and the backbuilding made a difference on her.✌️
she is on a straight water flush now. Starting to fade a little. Trichromes are at about 15% amber, lots of cloudy. Smell is out of this world i love the sweet floral scent this plant has.✌️
started to Harvest her already took it the big top buds. Gonna let the rest amber up a bit more. Steady diet of just water. Stay tuned for the final harvest. ✌️
Easy to grow beautiful plant! Love the colors these girls get!. Has a smell all of it own like a sweet floral skunk cluster,original to the devil. She has a happy giddy effect on me not paranoid or racy,just happy and ready to mingle.
will stay with one of these girls in my garden for awhile still. Just an easy plant to deal with. Never a huge yielder but the end result is always a joy! I am continuing the hunt for the elusive green pheno.lol as it is supposed to be killer smoke. I enjoyed doing the diary once I got use to the systems operation. The issue i have is the comments lag when typing or during talk to text.it makes it frustrating for me. All in all enjoyed myself will be doing another one so stay tuned folks✌️
@Sweet_Seeds,thanks I love this strain. Been looking for the green pheno for 2 years now. Lol I always have 1 of her in my garden,so easy to grow and the effect is wonderful!!✌️
What do you think was the biggest Factor in getting such a big difference between one plant and the other ......
1 50 grams and the other 73 grams.... to what do you attribute that
@Dankdreamer, I wish I could get 4 ounces out of it........ it is easy to grow there no problems...... there's any hiccups at all .......you're going to pay for it in the end
@ChefGreenThumbGardenofWeedin,the bigger of the 2 dark devils was started in soil and stayed in soil it's whole life. The smaller dark devil was a failed dwc attempt and was put in soil just to save her. I'm unsure about your question if it's about the devils this is what the yield difference was. The other strains yielded more because of genetics period. Dark devil has never been a great yielder for me 4 oz. Is my biggest ever,but I love the smoke and they are easy as shit to grow. Always a favorite of ours. Looking at testing some other sweet seed strains soon as I can justify buying more beans.lol best wishes✌️
I have 2 going now I also had a failed dwc once before right at the very end I wasn't getting a lot of oxygen to the roots and had to do a quick rinse and harvest
