coldkeygrows This week I noticed leaves developing and odd color formation as if it was some sort of deficiency or salt build-up perhaps even a pH issue. but upon further investigation I found out that had little insect Intruders looks like spider mites aphids and thrips so I'm going to get some ladybugs today because I do not do insecticides. But the growth has been phenomenal she also has a very decent aroma already. I have not done any defoliation or any foliar feed yet because of the little bugs. But I intend to sometime this week regardless if anything hopefully I can keep it stretched into beds long enough to get rid of them before she Flowers by hopping it up on vegetation nutrients. Overall I do not feel like it's a very heavy impact yet but it is showing signs and symptoms and I will see if it has stunted growth or hindered any of its other growth properties such as root development internodal spacing things of that nature. Also noticed just got fungus gnats on my flight trip that I hung up so can't wait to get ladybugs fast enough!
coldkeygrows She's been defoliated, I've tied down branches as well as I could. That Dyna grow-protekt stuff works really well when it comes to strengthening and enlarging cellular structure in the plants walls on the stems and leaves. I'm having a little bit of a chlorosis problem. And the pH in my growing medium was a little lower than I wanted it to be all the way down to 5. But since I'm growing in Cocoa that's why I'm supposed to water every day is to keep things like that in check. But this light is doing incredible the growth on the plant is astounding the smell on it is powerful and it's barely got any calluses or pre-bud sites they're just starting

coldkeygrows Okay I noticed some leaves started turning really wierd blueish color. Noticed some red leaf stems, and well as what seemed to be mag deficiency. Some burnt tips, and poor growth along with leafs doin wierd things. The bottom of the fabric pot developed a mold of some kind. So I poked a cut a few holes to check for root rot and noticed some root aphids and other strange larvae. So I scrubbed the shit out of it with brushes, with a solution or dawn dish soap hydrogen peroxide. And some mouthwash. ( Btw it will kill tons of pests and I use it on my animals and kills and prevents fleas and ticks). And then sprayed it all off with a hydrogen peroxide and water mix. Just a lil poor in the water jug. And rinsed it all off. Now no more mold I will repeat in another day or 2. Then a 3 gallon flush using Dyna grow-flush. Bout 3ml. A gallon. This was a very slow process I used a sprayer and it took forever. But ole lady was in a mood so I didn't mind lol. Did that and tiktok haha. And a gallon of just water. Then slow watered 2 more gallons of food for her, some ProTekt, some Mag-Pro, and some bloom by Dyna-Gro. All pH around 6. She's in mid stage pre flower. So I figured stress is gonna hit hard enough so might as well knock off some of the nuisance branches and leaves. Btw they smelled bomb when I got a handful and squished them and rolled them into a ball. It's gonna be some dank!!

coldkeygrows Okay ran out of PH down so making do with some citric acid powdered form. been almost a week without an inline fan finally got one today definitely seeing problems manifest due to not having the inline fan LOL. Starting to have some pH imbalances and I think maybe assault lockout. Also if you are looking for a very good grow light at an affordable price in enjoyield is definitely the company for you. Like seriously they're working with me helping me figure stuff out troubleshoot problems that the works they offered a new one but I like to fix what's broke I don't like to just throw it away and buy new stuff I take pride in but I got LOL. Thoughts are starting to come along nicely she has really good kushy smell. Did a lot of defoliating started getting a little nervous so I went ahead and stopped figured I'd give it another week for I sorry chopping off more things didn't want her to herm. Overall it's been going good she's looking better everyday hope y'alls is going the same if not better like mine and all like yours LOL

coldkeygrows Having a problem with my vivosun 3-in-1 pH test meter. Still no contact with them they haven't messaged me back. Although I had a little funny sound coming from my light and ENJOYIELD worked with me flawlessly so that I could fix it. their communication is on point. So grateful I went with them for my light company now I got to figure out how I'm going to do this pH problem and electrode on the bottom of that is rusted out I tried to clean it off a little with the q-tip and it was just way fluctuating crazy like so don't want to take a shot in the dark but I guess I'm going to have to thanks for reading this you guys

coldkeygrows Well my pH meter nwent out and vivosun Totally just blew me off it was a horrible experience for me. And it has definitely impacted my grow. I don't have any money to buy another one. So I have been chancing it ugh. But my light company is so amazing. It's the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Enjoyield. There lights are incredible. Truly amazing. And affordable. Please look into them. But her trichomes are still clear. I just over fed once.

coldkeygrows She never really came back from the ice storm. And not having a pH meter smh. Looks like she ended up going through quite a bit of stress so I went ahead and I started blush couple days ago and this is what she's looking like so I'm going to give her another week or so and see what she's going to look like

coldkeygrows Well I think I'm gonna let her be tonight but tomorrow I'm going to cut off all lights. Make sure there are no light leaks, clean tent for dust and just the chores. And I'm gonna cut down after a full 48 hours of pitch black darkness, don't know what kind of music I'm gonna play her yet lol. I'm thinking nocturne Frederick Chopin. She smells so dank. And sweet aroma when you "accidentally" touch a bud haha. But I'm gonna wash her in the 3 bucket technique. And if I remember lol I'll do a wet weight before wash after wash and then dry.
All around anytime smoke! Incredible smell even only after a week of the cure. You wont have this on the shelf to long. I've grown quite a bit, and this is the best so far!

coldkeygrows Everything was great. My light company was the best!! And the strain was very adaptable to climate change. Defoliation never bothered her. But vivosun sucked. They took 2 weeks to get back to me. After there ph meter went bad and the electrode rusted. hopefully I won't make that mistake again but only time will tell LOL. Can't wait to start my new grow and think everybody for checking me out
@YungSmoke,
Thanks, she would have been so much better if I would have paid attention tho. I never thought about the fabric pots getting some type of bacterial mold that created water retention the way it did. But she is all better now. So fingers crossed no more problems, and just easy going from here. Hopefully lol
She has really blown up now. Got my pH settled, did a slight flush got her hopped up on some good nutrients and she sure did take off she's growing so much bigger than the last few times I grew this strain.
Today I noticed she's transitioning into pre-flower and when I tested my runoff I'm a little low on the pH level that I want to be when I'm hitting pre-flowers so before I do my pre-flower flush I'm going to wait another week or two and raise the ph by adding a little more of this ProTekt. And that should raise the pH all the way around and bring me where I need to be
End of first week looks good. She acts like she's gonna grow strong and healthy. I'm keeping the lights on 50% just for now. And about to do a first feed.
