yo,try not changing the light just now,give her plenty of water to get her branches soft,then lst all of those until you have a nice strech of each side growth until the edge of the pot ,wait 1 more week to develop that,then flip,the girl needs some time,ussualy at least 7-10 days to adjust to the defoliation you just did and overcome all stress from future lst ,trust me you will get double the final yield in the least :D happy growin
