Judging from the pictures and your previous questions, I don't think your having a problem with bud rot there is something else causing this issue. Hopefully, that answered your question and feel free to ask for advice anytime, and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time"
You should cut off the parts with mold, very carefully. If you can't control the spread, then yes, harvest. Take all the parts with mold to a separate room so you don't spread spores. Then cut off the affected parts and dry the ones that had mold separately.

You can take the dead leaves off, they come off very easy. At this stage of flowering wait till leaves are gone like your last pic before removing. The last 2 weeks, remove anything you like. Cheers
How long ye think I got on her der no extra nutrients gone into her so dnt no wat to be expecting them to bulk up like dnt wana wait to long tat they get moldy had to cut a bud off yday
Well depends on how hard you flushed but she should still bulk up a little regardless of nutes since she can just suck up required nutrients from the lower fan leaves, and i don't think you would consider loss of fan leaves to be a real loss...
You should chop her depebding on trichomes (not pistils, as those can be completely different from strain to strain) and also depending on the type of high you want you will chop with either mostly milky trichomes for a sativa type high or with mostly ambar trichomes for a more body directed high, you can do either regardless of the genetics of the strain, you can aim for head high on a kush and the terpenes will give u the body while the thc works on the head aswell so you get a mix of both effects and vice versa.
