Finally beginning to have some time to upload diaries.
Terrible year!
Sht kept piling up again and again, so what should have been a wonderful set of sessions for 2020 barely ended up with ok plants and a damn massacre (20% seedlings loss, never had that bad of a rate -here are only counted the plants which survived until cut-)
Hopefully, there's still a nice variety of strains for each one of which I'll get a sample to test and review.
As always, everything organic. I make my own substrate with carbon based compost mixed with nitrogen based one and added borage and comfrey, amongst other plants and minerals.
I had absolutely no time to take care of the first session germinated in April,
some ended up growing a full cycle inside containers as small as a dice.
Guess it's kinda my take on Silky's Solo Cup Challenge haha
Follow my other diaries to come to see about these other ladies.
Informations to be added soon.
@BudXs, every sorts of reason really. As I barely had the time to germinate them, they stood there without any care appart from minimum watering.
So there was pythium, fungus gnats, sun burns, a couple died from heat and drought...
When I could plant them outside, even with the fence, some cat or bird unearthed some of them, foraging for worms (lots in my compost), some plants didn't recover.
Overall, the early stretch was manageable in itself, it was just an indicator that they were not at an ideal location, but I couldn't do anything about that.
