Psykai76 The girls were born on 30.05.20. On 28.07.20, I sent the girls into flowering. 19:30 is now lights out, and at 7:30 they will be woken up... Mostly outdoor, but in bad weather, they have a home with 300 watts of Chinese LED lighting that surprisingly lights up well... I give CO2 in the form of tablets in the watering water. It hasn't harmed them, and I am very satisfied up to today, 17.08.20.

Psykai76 Day 22 Everything is going great. They look very healthy. The smell gets noticeably stronger day by day. I'm excited to see how they continue to develop... Day 26 It's a joy for me to wake the girls up every day. You can see daily how the buds are taking shape and the color is slowly changing to a brownish hue... According to the plan, it should be ready by September 22nd... We'll see if that happens; otherwise, I'll give them the time they need. But I'm optimistic that it could work out...

Psykai76 Things are going well. I believe they are ready at 53 days into the flowering phase. Just to be safe, I bought a 400-watt sodium vapor lamp. 2100 k. 56,000 lm. In bad weather 🌧️ they will go under the light...💡 The buds are developing great. The leaves are already soft and sticky from the resin, as you can see in the pictures... I love this plant, so many 'colas, I'm really curious about the yield. I have no idea how much harvest I can expect. It's better to have lower expectations, that way the joy is greater if it's more. But I'm hoping for at least 70 g of dried weed from this plant (more would be nice, but I have no experience...) For the other one, I think it will be a bit less. Any tips on how much it could be? I'm looking forward to your predictions... Bring on your assessments... Wishing everyone a great time... 30.08.'20 Since yesterday afternoon, indoors due to what seems to be a longer-lasting rainy weather. 🌧️🌧️🌧️ I don't want to take any risks. I think that continuous rainy weather right now (about 3 weeks before harvest time) is not good. Now everything should continue to flower nicely. The buds are getting denser and they are becoming more and more amber-colored... I'm full of anticipation 🙃 The indoor temperature is between 29° and 32°

Psykai76 Day 35/53 Flowering Phase Beginning of the 6th week in the flowering phase. The colas look amazing. They're getting super dense and sticky. I've never seen such strong resin production... The second Gorilla isn't as densely grown. But she's also a week younger, though both were sent into flowering at the same time... I think she'll need about a week longer... For this strain, I'll keep feeding until 06.09. On 07.09., I plan to flush the substrate with about 100 liters of water...🚿 After that, I'll only water with plain water,💧💧💧 On 20.09., I'll do the final flush with about 75 liters of water through the drain. Then I'll let them dry out and harvest. That's the plan for this one! For the other one, I'll start with the same flushing plan a week later... A good friend has been growing for a few years. He has always had good experiences with it, and the weed has always tasted great...🤤😋 I took a few pictures in the grow room. They look even more impressive there...😍❤️ Day 37/53 I've been watering only with water since yesterday. Small change of plans... A few leaves are getting white spots. Before it gets worse, I'm not adding any nutrients to the watering anymore... Day 38 The buds on the colas have gotten 'harder' overnight. And the color is increasingly shifting to an amber tone... The sugar leaves are giving their last nutrients to the buds and are slowly turning yellowish-brown... I think I can harvest this Gorilla girl in about 8-10 days. 🤩 (Normally, it would have been 15 days today) Her sister still needs about 2 more weeks... Day 39 I flushed the substrate today (already). After about 5 days, I'll repeat the whole process, and then I wanted to let them dry out. So, next Sunday is harvest day. I'm so curious how much it will be in the end. Anything over 75g would be fine. I can't estimate it well due to lack of experience. With the compactness of the colas, the buds should bring some weight to the scale... I'll see soon... What do you think? Based on your experience, how much yield can I expect? Wishing everyone a great time... Day 41 Flushed thoroughly again...

Psykai76 The plant sprinted through the flowering phase. After 42 days, it was ready. The weather had played along perfectly. Grew under NDL for the last 10 days... I'll give the second Gorilla plant a few more days... Weight after the harvest with stems is 200 g. Weight after drying will follow. Also, a summary on taste, effect, and quality will follow in about 14 days...

Looks very good, I'm keeping my fingers crossed... I don't have the option of a grow tent in bad weather... The first half of summer was better in terms of weather... I'm currently flushing as well - Have fun with the harvest 👍

@taisoncreamcaramel, Thanks for the thumbs up. I repurposed a 'fabric cabinet' in our garden shed into a grow room... I covered it with silver foil and installed an activated carbon filter. It's quite small, but it's definitely enough for my two current projects... I'm really glad I have this option. Also, our garden is almost perfectly located. Lots of sun.... I wish you a successful harvest festival too... I hope the weather cooperates for you... Greetings from central Germany

@psykai76, Thank you - I have a south facing position and actually a lot of sun... The two Automatics remained pleasantly small. The expected yields are manageable, but the quality is nice. As an occasional consumer (if the osteoarthritis gets annoying again), I come through the winter TSUNGLASESP thanks to the vaporizer. Greetings from the “center” back!

From the 5th week in the flowering phase (from day 32), I moved them into the grow room due to bad weather. Under 400 watt HPS, supported on the sides by supposed 400 watt Chinese LEDs (one on the left and one on the right). They continue to thrive beautifully. I only take them out on consistently sunny days now. A great strain.
the end.
