Just starting my first grow. Using White Widow Auto. Had pH a bit high initially and was under watering I think as I was trying to avoid over watering. But have upped water a bit and added some Cal/Mag and that has seemed to help. They are just starting to poke their heads out now. I know temp is a bit high and trying to lower. It is in a room with AC but hard to keep temp down. Have exhaust fan but think I need to get more cool air from room into tent.

Hi. First time grower, my leaves seem to be a bit yellow at the ends lately. I have used a small amount of nutrients to bring pH down which was up over 8. I have been trying not to overwater but wondering if they are too dry? Just water lately. Thanks!

I think you are on track, with POH perfect it is supposed to help manage this for you, it looks like it needs more nitrogen, that will help the yellowing, but this should be provided in your PH perfect product line, what is the growing medium I see you are saying soil, but knowing a bit more about that may help, what are you using for water, if not RO, what are you doing to remove the Chlorine and Chloramine from it, I have been growing organically, and shooting for around 6.2PH seems to be great, if my PH is high I have been using distilled white vinegar seems more natural and very very cheap, with great results.

Definitely looks over or under watered. Also, she doesnt need nutes now, use pH down and root bennies, but anything else could burn her at this stage.

Your PH is WAY to high get it down to 6.5. Not sure what medium you are using but it's not ideal for starting seedlings. Also raise the humidity significantly by getting a humidifier 30% is very bad for seedlings shoot for at least double that. You should also look into seedling nutrients as they look 1 of 2 things. Malurished or over watered. Being a new grower I'd say over watering. I would max put 500ml around the seedling. Do this every other day. Just make sure the soil around your seedling is moist. Then as the plant get's bigger it will require more water. Having dry medium is great so that oxygen can get to the roots and they can spread through out the pot. Having medium that is continually wet and heavy you will run into problems. google how to start seedlings for a more detailed method of watering. You did do something right by starting your auto seeds in large containers. You should never start an auto flower in a large container.

@rubson, Hey, thanks for much for input, much appreciated. I was following the Spider Farmer recommendation of 24 inches but it seems very bright to me as well. But as first timer wasn't completely sure. I will raise her up a bit, I appreciate the feedback.

I'm on my first grow too with white widow auto, good luck with it and I'd definitely look at upping the humidity for the first few weeks at least... good luck with it all

Good luck on your first grow! Your numbers look pretty good. I would be really careful with watering. A humidity dome will keep moisture high for your seedling. I usually only mist my sprouts in the beginning. As long as the lights are off, they will absorb the moisture through their leaves and the excess water will feed the roots. Finally, if your soil is already nutrient-rich, then you might have some issues with over-feeding. Invest in a pH meter and a PPM meter to keep track of your numbers.

@DesertChief, The dome will increase the humidity. I use one depending on the season. Spring and early summer is really dry in New Mexico so I use one then, but when monsoon season hits, it's not needed.

@Quexos, Thank you. I am worried about the humidity, I'll look into a dome. I appreciate all input!

Hi, Your lamp is to close to your pots, put your lamp in the highest position for the moment, later on you can bring him down. At this hight, you wil burn your leaves very fast with a powerfull light like this.

Hi! I refute my previous advice. In my white hidow auto I found that the leaves are a bit lime colored than average and the lower leaves turn yellow I suggest you raise the 1ml / L bloom micro veg nutrients pretty slowly, ask for the advanced nutrienst recommended recipe for excellent quality https://www.advancednutrients. com / feeding-recipe / and the plant will be stronger and greener. good luck nice work.
