Looks like some overall NPK deficiency.
Check for PH issues first by measuring the run off first. If you are giving 6.5ph but comes out as 6ph then its that your soil is probably sitting at 5.5ph so water with 6.7ph to 7ph next watering to raise from 6 to 6.5 or from 6 to 6.3.
This is just an exaple, don't ask me why did i overexplained this part but fuck it, its writen now so i won't waste it.
