@DerekGR,if i look at the leaves its no fungus gnats, but leafminers,,,, they should be away by one application... and you can repeat it 2-3 times in the week ( lights out) and in the next week only one time... if flowers appear you may stop it because it tastes bad

@Mrs_Larimar, I've had no other signs before that. There are two flowering plants (the ones on my diaries) and 3 seedlings. There are no signs on the other plants or the rest of this one, no tunnels no white powder, nothing. A couple of days ago I noticed two tiny looking flies on the top of the soil but I'm not sure if it's related (although it should have been a warning I suppose). My question is how long should I wait before I re-apply the neem oil, and how much neem oil is too much?
