Started grow on 09/11/2020. Soil is Fox Farm's Happy Frog and Fox Farm's Ocean Forrest and perlite with a ratio of 2:2:1. Installed two auto water wicks in the pot and moistened soil prior to planting. Seed was planted directly into soil- off centered a bit to allow for LST down the line. A humidifier was placed inside to help maintain humidity and the bottom is lined with lava rocks for spillage. A reptile heating mat was placed under pot to help maintain substrate temperature. Sprouted 09/15/2020. Maintaining humidity around 68%.

9/23 She appears to be happy and healthy! Dark luscious leaves coming in and she doesn't seen to be stretching a bit. A short 2 inches tall but dense. As previously stated, because she's being grown in organic soil no added nutrients are currently being used to make this an easy grow. Second set of secondary leaves coming in wonderfully. Filling water jug once a week and continuing with the auto water wick. Soil seems to maintain a moist level without being too soaked. Fans are constantly run on low and she moves with the wind. Added a bluetooth hygrometer and camera to continue monitoring, Minimal use of humidifier. Typically used when the spot check shows humidity lower than 50. 10/04 A new month with the same ole' shit. She seems to be growing beautifully and she's getting her quintessential five point leaves in. I'm so proud of the progress she's made. The days have started to cool off with fall starting and so the humidity has been lower recently. I have been running the humidifier more frequently but to try to ease her into the dryer months but honestly she doesn't seem to mind. The only imperfection noted is a brown leaf tip and I believe that's from when she was a little smaller and her leaves would rest on the moist soil. Other than that, she is the picture of health. She also got a new friend this week. Octavius Grognomious or OG the Gnome for short. As with all the plants there needs to be a keeper for when I'm not around. He's been doing a wonderful job keeping an eye on things.

10/06 Added some mosquito bits to try and help with some fungus gnats. Hasn't been too much of a problem but it's always good to get ahead of the game.

She's hitting her stride in her fourth week and it's time to start some training. Starting some LST on her to hopefully increase some light down to her nodes. She looks like a little green beast that's been chained. Overall, she's still a dense little thing without much height - for a dwarf I'm not surprised. But what she lacks in height she makes up for in density. Hopefully this green little beastie continues to grow beautifully. She's just started to gain a scent though it's fairly light and not noticeable unless you're really close and looking for it. As for OG the Gnome, he seems to be settling into his new home without much problem. Though he has requested some additional luxuries because apparently his cottage isn't as cozy as he was hoping. What a snob but maybe if he is on his best behavior he will be rewarded.

AYOOOOO. Basically this little monster takes care of itself at this point. They always seem to grow up so fast that way. But between the super soil and the water wick she's just been keeping to herself and is incredibly low maintenance. Every now and then the wick will be removed so she can dry out all the way to prevent overwatering. And then the wick is just placed in different places every now and then so the whole pot gets equal opportunity. She's been tied down with a little LST to help get light down to her nodes and spread her more horizontally. A few leaves have been removed here or there just to allow more light down to her bottom nodes. Other than that, there's not much to report.
