Today marks 30 days from seed! Extremely happy with the way they are growing thus far. I will be topping and applying some LST training on the plants tomorrow. Going to veg these guys for approximately 2 more weeks until switching them over to 12/12. A couple of the leaves seem to have some discolouration but unsure of what cause could be, any suggestions?
Any additional information that you guys would like to know feel feel to comment and I will gladly update!
Happy Growing!
I wanted to get fox farms ocean forest soil but would have taken too long to ship here but will definitely be pre ordering for next one!!
Figured it might be due to not drying out properly but but top soil seemed to have been drying fine. Just going to keep an eye on them the next few days after the transplant and hopefully we will see some nice growth soon.
Cheers!
Bad boys?!? Bad girls you hope! Verrrry bad girls!!
And realky healthy looking! Dynagro makes good value, effective products. MagPro is what you want going into flower as an adjunct to Bloom.
I back time from harvest date about two weeks and switch over to only diluted carrot juice or coconut water. Then only water for the final two or three waterings. Dynagro is awesome as a nute, but I flush it well or I can taste it.
They are looking ok, like you said, could've left it a few days more before transplanting but they are coming around, no need to worry about that.
As for yellow leaves on that one - can't see from your data how much did you water it? And when you transplanted them - are you sure you didn't damage the roots or if you saw that roots are healthy?
It's normal for them to loose color in time and from what I can see the rest of the growth and new growth looks ok, so my bet is that she's going to be ok, probably just stress
guessing the soil is a bit hot for seedlings
a lot of people use lighter, less hot soil for their seedling phase and transplant into something like fox farms ocean forest
make sure theyre drying out good so their roots get oxygen in this vital early vegetation rooting stage, it does a lot for overall vigor going forward -- if the top knuckle isnt getting dry that may explain some of your symptoms esp drooping
they seem to have handled the transplant fairly well but they're more fragile until they get a tad bigger so that might be it. either way they should recover fine.
First grows are scary and exciting! Liked and followed!
Let us know if you have any questions, even if you meet your "question limit"! If I can't answer it, someone can =)
More details would be nice -- make sure to do your wattage rating based on how much the light draws from the actual wall, not the "rating" they sell it at. Nutes and/or soil brand? How big of containers do you plan to transplant into? I'd recc 5-7 gallon air-pruning fabric pots.
Bad girls youre right! haha Cheers man wasnt quite sure how much before harvest to flush so that helps to clear that up. Magpro is for use during flowering then?? Havent boughten any Magpro as of right now but maybe ill order some tonight!
Thankyou for the like and follow! Appreciate the hospitality very much, I will make sure to post any questions I have.
I included the information regarding the wattage of my light and nutrients and again thanks for the advice. I plan on transplanting into 3 gallon pots and then 5-7 for the final transplant was the plan, only because my local garden shop only had 3 gallons at the time.
Happy growing,
East Coast Cannabis
