16/9/20:
PK is dry, but looking fantastic. Currently on it's third set of true leaves. Once it hits it's sixth node, I will top it at the fourth.
Super Skunk is doing well, soil is looking a little dry, so it will get a thorough feeding tomorrow.
Power Africa Fast is doing alright for a plant I let germinate in paper towel. Late to the planting, so the leaves were left above ground.
Freedom Kush is split and in paper towel, but still no sign of a root. If it comes to life, it will be moved into another tent to flower out. My new feeding schedule will consist of:
D1-Feed
D2-Nothing
D3-Feed
D4-Nothing
D5-Water
D6-Nothing
D7-Nothing
17/9/20:
Super Skunk is looking fantastic, really starting to show it's vigour.
Power Africa is doing better than anticipated, as the early dose of nutrients did not seem to effect it at all. I will give everyone a thorough watering tonight.
18/9/20:
Super Skunk is really putting on a show. The growth is excellent. I know the structure of this plant remains short, so minimal training will be needed.
Power Africa is slowly coming along. As it was slow to be sown, I'm not surprised by it's slow growth. I've noticed Seedsman's seeds to be of the slower growth variety. They still grow large, just not as fast as other genetics I've grown.
19/9/20:
Fed everyone today. The only one needing anything was the PK, as it's cup was very dry. I will start to leave a little leftover nutrient water to give it the following day. That way it will survive between the feedings of the other plants. If I stick to this current watering schedule, I will need to cut back on the amounts for the small pots.
Freedom Kush is planted, and also above the surface. It still has helmet head, so I will give it another full day to try and shed it naturally. Northern Lights has a nice 1/2 inch root showing, I will be planting it today. Change of plans with this one. I will keep it upstairs until pre-flower, then move it into the basement. I did some reading, and 12/12 might cause the plant to be dwarfed. I currently have room to veg it out, but it won't last too long. Just long enough to get this one going until flower.
20/9/20:
Super Skunk Auto is looking fantastic, huge growth since yesterday, nearly an inch in leaf lengthening. I'm going to try and wait until the 3rd week before I start to apply any LST. Power Africa is also starting to show great improvement in its growth. New node is coming along nicely, little leaves are much larger.
Freedom Kush was still in its shell this morning, so I removed it. Some membrane was still attached, so I removed that as well. I'm going to start using my GoPro to record all the doctoring I do to these plants. Helmet head is a common occurrence for me, since I don't sow the seeds deep enough.
PK has really perked up from yesterday, no longer droopy. I assume that was from drying out, as he bounced back very quickly. I will make sure his cup has water every day. Northern Lights is still under the surface, which is not surprising. I don't expect him out for at least two more full days.
21/9/20:
Everyone is looking great. Super Skunk is getting huge, just as the Power Africa is. The Northern Lights is above soil, but I removed a portion of the shell from the tip of the leaves. 98% positive it would have come off naturally, but I didn't want to risk it, or wait for it.
Purple Kush is still chugging along. The 5 node is coming along nicely, and the 6 will be making it's presence know shortly. I might just go ahead and FIM it now, instead of waiting to top it at the 4 node. If I do anything today, I will leave an update.
Just scooped some of these seeds.
Hoping they turn out to be Auto as they are supposed to be.
I may just do a 3 week veg and then flip to 12/12, seen to many photo reviews for this strain.
Good luck with your grow!!
Just made it to the end of your grow and saw yours was not an Auto...
