Since I'm new to everything, I'm not sure what I should be seeing in growth on an auto. She's not gotten taller but shes spreading out. We adjusted the light to a much higher distance to promote more reach across the autos. We may adjust midweek depending.
Lowered the light and have increased watering.
She got happy and started growing and spreading good out. Hopefully she picks up the pace but we will see.
Midweek hubby decided to try LST on one of the autos. Shes stayed happy and growing. Light was lowered to 8 inches this week. Shes growing and spreading. Going to keep her going. No signs of flowering yet. Thank goodness because shes on the small side. 😅
Had a rough past week.
Experiment plant died. Room got too hot.
New light works wonders, but forgot to calculate temp increases between rooms, plus the increase in temps in our locale.
1.5 days with no love and My husband and I were like oh dang!
Added fan and turned on air. Temps were mid 80s in all rooms. We are watching closely and all rooms (as of now) are back to normal. 😊

I'm not sure too much about autos yet. I'm still learning. Heck! What am I talking about? 🤣🤣🤣 I will still be learning years down the road. 😁

Bought ph testers. (Water and soil) New light and changing the rooms around again. Its a constant change for us as we upgrade and learn. Plus super limited space. Will do complete update midweek or for next weeks update.
Shes flowering. Growing and doing well. Going to keep her at 18 hours light during flowering.......not sure what will happen but we will see.
Took care of the heat issues but she did well through it all.
She's finally stretching out since my husband tied her to the side using LST. She is flowing and has multiple bud sights. However, she hasn't grown too much and even the main bud sight is smaller then expected.......so far. Many more weeks to go to see progress.
Half of her was eaten by my dog. :(
My dog is doing well and had only gotten sleepy after this.
She's not doing much. Since she is our first auto, my husband wanted to try a few things with her. So far unsuccessful. However, we cannot complete say that until harvest right!?!
She was given a small trim from big fam leaves not at bud sites and some leaves tucked back. other then that we are just leaving her to grow and see what we can get out of her.
I know it doesn't look like it but I did some light defoliation to try to get the bud sites clear for the lights. However, it seems all leaves are connected to bud sites. I do need to check again and do some research about how to properly do so. As she is still youngish in flowering stage, I basically left her alone and only removed new growth and anything underneath not reaching light. This way she can focus on main bud sights. She may be small, but she's still got a lot of oomph left in her. I apparently forgot to add the new nutrients we started giving her two weeks ago. I have updated that here. However, I believe my calculations of how much we are giving her are off. I will recalculate and update next week. She has a really sweet smell to her. I wish I had done everything well in the beginning for her. I think she would have been a very nice example of the strain. However, I have many more of the seed so I will be trying again next round!!!
She is surprising me. Obviously, we did a lot to this auto during her growth. She is stunted. SOOOOO SHORT!!! lol😋 However, she keeps growing them flowers and is covered EVERYWHERE is trichomes. My husband did some defoliation because she is soooo tightly together. That didn't stop her inner buds from growing. LOL However, I cannot wait to see the growth now that more light is getting through.
I was able to take a close look at her trichomes. I noticed that she was getting amber already. Still MANY clear. I myself am doing more research on this particular part in the process. Now in all honesty, My husband does not let me touch the plants. 😩I do not always listen. There is a reason behind why, but I still do not listen. 😱 Surprised!?! I didn't think so. 😎😂
I cannot wait to see her final result. No matter good or bad.....it will be good to me. 😍
I am EXCITED!!!! My hubby and I treated ourselves to a little early Christmas present. We bought a portable microscope. It wasn't top of the line, but it'll work for us for now.
I have a few close ups of the main cola and I was able to catch a couple on the smaller colas. However, I am still learning how to use this and didn't get super good ones.
She is super duper sticky!!! I literally cannot stand to touch her. 😩
I know. I am not supposed to touch them anyways. Husband's rules! 😂😍
Her main cola is getting pretty milky, but she still seems pretty clear on the rest. My husband is still thinking of taking her down midweek. He knows way more about it and I am still learning, so who knows. 😆
For this grow the buds came out pop corny. This is not a usual thing for the strain. It is something we did. My husband says I touched it, but I did and that is not the reason. We did some research and have more to do.
We started this grow in a 2 gallon pot straight into the substrate. She was under very low power lights. (We have learned A LOT since starting this beauty). She was twisted and turned and pulled and eaten. (Yes eaten. My dog. She is very healthy now! Thank you so much for the concern 😘)
Needless to say she had one of the worst up bringing's. However she showed me she isn't a quitter. Although (after drying) she was only as big as my husbands hand, she still gave us 7.5 grams when all is said and done.
12/21/20 we decided it was time. Maybe a little early (IMO), but my husband was like "let's do it!" She went into the dark for 24 hours, was cut, and trimmed, then the whole plant hung on 12/22/20. Christmas morning (MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! I do hope you all had a wonderful holiday with friends, family, and/or whatever you decided to do!) my husband said "she's drying out to fast, we have to move her." Two hours later he comes up to me and says "we did something wrong again."
I am not kidding ladies and gentlemen. In 3 days, she was ready. So we cut her small pop corny buds off, weighed, then smoked a little.
I am not the best at describing the taste or effects. Basically it all tastes the same to me. Unless my husband actually describes what he tastes, you basically will get the same from me. Also same with the effects. I am always happy, relaxed, and sleepy when I smoke and YES I always get dry eyes and dry mouth. I'm a light weight. Give me a break. LOL 😘
