Running an Auto King Tut for the first time, alongside my Auto Cream Cookies. I'm popping an Auto Amnesia from seed at the same time which will be moved into my smaller tent later. Using a 40x60x80cm grow tent with a cob led with blue and red light, putting out about 150w at full crank. Planting straight into 2 gallon grow bag, filled with about 8 litres of soil amended with worm castings, bone blood meal and compost. Popped after 3 days, but has been growing slower than the Cookies Cream and Amnesia.

Welcome to week 2 of veg, not the most exciting week but nonetheless important like the rest. King Tut is the runt of the litter, clocking in at about 5cms after 12 days. Hoping she's just a slow starter and will catch up with her tent mates. My spiderfarmer sf1000 arrived this week so have swapped out the old cob led. It's a neat piece of kit. Gives me much better coverage, it's more efficient, and kinder on the eyes, both for me in person and in the photos.

King Tut still a stumpy fella but has put on some weight over the week. Keeping up with my Cookies Cream on the node count but about a third the size in terms of canopy area. At least she's caught up to my Amnesia Auto, which got stunted when I fucked up the transplant. Otherwise dosing her up with some biogrow, but at this stage, I'm not that optimistic on yields with this one.

King Tut turned out to be a late bloomer, or vegger. Topped her early in the week, recovered in a couple of days and has been growing strong since.

Yung King Tut started flowering this week, so mixing in a bit more bloom than grow with the daily water. Other than topping and bending the main stem to flatten the canopy, I haven't don't much in terms of training, but looking like she's still going to be a compact chodie little plant.

Weeeek 6 wassup. Ya boy king Tut is still a nugget of a plant; its a bushy bonsai without much training, but don't think the buds will be very big. I've seen other growers here yield decent with this strain so thinking if it turns out disappointing, I'd still give her another run. Swapped her into the 1x1x2 for a few days, but got too hot, so moved her back. Will wait until my computer fan comes in the mail.

King Tut the nugget auto-flower reporting in for week 7. I've done some LST today, so let's see how she responds in the next week. Fingers crossed the extra foliage surface area will help the buds fatten.

Stumpy little fella looks like it's fading already (or nute issues maybe?). Buds are still pretty small but feel pretty dense. Trichome coverage is not great (not much in the way of sugar leaves) but pretty decent development on the actual bud.

Keeping up the LST this week, hoping to stretch this stumpy boy king into a decent yielding plant, deserving of its share of grow area and light usage. Trich development has been somewhat disappointing, as has bud growth. Also suspect she's got deficiencies as fading out faster than expected. Will adjust feeding regiment and see if improves next few weeks.

Leaves yellowing quicker than expected. Buds are also underdeveloped for week 6 of flower. I also have this weird white / silvery stuff at the tips of the leaves. Is this normal or nute issues?

pH. 6.5 - 6.8 VEG. You can lower pH to 6.0 when your going into flower. FLOWER. Search google pictures for pH nutrient uptake chart.

Indica/Sativa plays a role but Tutankhamun is a mostly sativa strain so I'd expect to see way more stretching and overall height/girth.

yes it's a common mistake or thought process with people growing autos.. They think they are suppose to be short and stubby.. Part of the reason she is so short and stubby is nutrient issues.. The best way I can explain it is.. Plant's roots grow down with water flow.. but if the medium gets too full of stuff the plant can not intake and grow properly. It's not a lock out like would happen with chemicals.. But with organics you can still overdo things by quite a bit.. Water to run off and check your tds and ph.

Not good gromies. Busted a stem doing lst and two of the top buds died. Spidermites and nute issues haven't helped either. Have chopped the affected buds. Will have to pull her early in any case.
