Started in a sprouting box on the 5th of September. September 20th photo day. Started at 400 ppm, and now at 600 ppm, my goal is 1300ppm. First time with this strain.
Went from 400ppm to 700ppm and as of today, 9/28/2020 have to feed twice a day. Leaves are starting to wilt a bit Looks good for 20 days. Good growing to all!
The girls are looking droopy so I cut back the fed to once a day. I have to check daily to make sure she is not starving. The boring part of the grow cycle but happy in the end. Keep planting people!!
Went to 1100 ppms on water, feeding twice daily. I did defoliate once, fan leaves get HUGE on this strain. Hope everyone can enjoy the fruits of nature. Chow!
Defoliated on Saturday today is Wednesday. The girls are doing what they need to do so just keep in on keep in on! Love this plant what comes from the earth is! GREAT! Please be kind and grow and share and help anyone who needs it!!
Bad day today. Man, what a rip, bought feminized seeds from MSNL and 50 percent are males. I will keep this grow if in the next couple of days I see some female traits. Bumming BAD. Please keep growing just be careful of the nets dark monsters. CHOW!
I had a mishap yesterday 11/16. I have the flaps open a little just to keep new air moving. I live on a well system, have several add on systems to clean out the iron. 1 of the bleach lines split squirted bleach through the open flap and all over the pan of the tent. I woke up to bleach smell ,really strong. I went straight to the basement and the girls were all drooping. Went through the fire drill and recovered form the disaster. 1 day after I took the photos. Hydro is cool it tells you right away something is wrong. Double edge sward, can create water diesters fast causing damage damage not only to the girls but to the surrounding area.
Be happy, keep growing ! CHOW.
Christmas is coming and the buds are getting fat. Make one of your freinds Christmas, give them a bud then watch the smile. Keep growing, we all need a little help from our freinds. Chow!
WOW, I like this strain. Little longer in photo period but starting to see cloudy trichomes with bulbus tips. Took a bud (I know, stupid) so I let it dry 24 HR on top of the fridge. Presses it and was excited when I got some rosin. It will need another week or until I see RED trichomes starting. Grow one then burn one. CHOW!
Steady as she goes, close to harvest. Still swelling trichomes with no red so I have to watch daily to make sure all are opaque. I still want to burn one with Willie. Chow!
I really like this strain, first time growing Thai. Great out come for only 4 of 9 plants. 5 went male. I would have to think long on another grow with this strain. Many newer strains are more potent with out the long photo period. What I have harvested is good and enjoy the long lasting high. I have not harvested everything but some nice nugs were produced.
Still harvesting as the top of the plant was reedy the lower needs a couple of day's to finish with more light to the lower end. I have not started harvesting 2 other plants they are not ready. Last photo shows' fox tails still straight up, couple more days.
Grew this one myself this summer. Totally screwed it up. Also four out of five seeds came up male. LOL but I have to tell you, even the males produced fragrant, energetic and powerful herb. Not like the best bud, of course. But once cured a couple weeks, smooth and buzzy stuff. Had one male with purple flowers. The purple flowered one I kept separate and pollinated a Chocodope. She's between 2-4 weeks of harvest, I think. Making seeds and smelling great. I'm going to call the new strain ChocoStix. Also saved the pollen from the other three males to use later. Good luck, this is great stuff and your grow looks great.
@BowlBro, I can only grow 6 plants. I have to start from seed every time for new grow. Back in the '80s (i am getting old) my friend and I went to Amsterdam brought back seeds, most people brought weed back. We would keep 1 male and cover all the nodes to catch the pollen then sacrifice 1 bud to produce the next grow seeds. Great fun hybrids, you control the genetics. Grow Bro Grow! Thanks for the shout out.
