Just started my first Fastbuds Grow. An already beautiful little Pineapple Express.
Hats off to fast buds, great packaging,
She cracked in 24 hours and was in the jiffy with a nice developed tap root on the second day.
I have given up putting the jiffy straight into the 11 root pouches.. It doesn't work for me, they stall so hard for so long.
This time I tried going from jiffy and placing that into a little pot on the window sill with a slight breeze and it worked a treat.. I've moved her into an intermediate pot until my 9 ltr air pots arrive on Friday.. I don't think it will stunt her, she is already twice as developed after week 1 than my Mazar was at week 2 which went straight to 11ltr root pouch from jiffy.
I am excited about this girl, I want to try so many of the fast bud autos, especially purple lemonade and lsd25.
My aim for this lady is to try a 9ltr airpot, cultivate a nice tidy low slung fat budded girl using Lst to keep the height down as my tent is only 5ft tall. And apparently they get up to 1m40cm
Cant wait for the pineapple tastic highs this girl will bring me
Happy growing
Catch up next week ;)
I love my little Fast Buds Pineapple Express.. She is growing beautifully and is responding nicely to Lst.
I am trying an 8 litre air pruning pot with her and plan to Lst her around the circumference of the pot.
Watering her a little trickle every other day with 1ml of Remo Nutrients Velo Kelp.. And a foliar spray per day with the same mix.
I am excited for this one, mainly to see how my lst methods develop and if the 8ltr pots work well in my little tent
See ya next week
Keep in growing

This girl has fast become my favourite grow so far, I'm sure it's to do with great genetics from Fast buds rather than my expertise (I have no expertise yet) lol
However I have learned a few things and I am starting to learn my substrate and when to start Nutrients, and the main thing..... I hate cloth pots and will continue from now to use 8 ltr air pots.
Another little gem that really seems to suit my soil is Remo Nutrients Velo Kelp (other seaweed based Nutrients are available) ;) I am using canna terra professional plus which is loaded for a few weeks, so I have taken to only feeding with 2ml Velo kelp per litre. Plus using the same solution as a foliar spray
The results speak for them selves, thick strong main stem, huge lush leaves and impressive growth... I think she is perfect so far, I am really looking forward to the rest of the grow.
Lst will continue this week,
maybe remove a shade leave or 2 over the week to open up the light to the new growth.
Happy growing folks
See ya next week

Still my fave girl so far, fast buds have it nailed, she is so strong, no nutes as yet, just velokelp folia spray and pH water..
I think this will be my first of many fast bud grows.. I can't wait to see her next stages
Keep growing

Every time I open the tent up, I say well hello beautiful... And I am talking to this girl... I'm having fun with lst and she is pulling some serious shapes for me.. Oh and I think she may just be about to drop into flower any day.
She is so strong that I was unable to get the main cola any lower so the others are trying to gain hight to meet..
She is still growing with only pH water and velo kelp so might hold off the nutes until flower now so as not to risk stunting her before flower. She is showing no deficiencies and is still growing..
Can't wait to see how she flowers now
Happy growing

She's strong, she hasn't faltered, I defoliate, she takes it and just keeps on growing, week 6 and not in flower is no problem either because she will be in great shape to produce some big colas.
I feel like she is close to flower but this next week will show more
Keep it coming Piney
