Brewed up a compost tea at the beginning of the week using: Kelp, Rock dust, Aloe Meal, Fulvic flakes, Humic Acid, Mollasas, Worm Castings, Biochar, Microbes, Biotrissol and Explogrow. Checked the tea PH before application and it read 6.5. Applied the last feed this week, will just be watering with rainwater PH'ed to 6.5 from here on out.
Hey guys and gals, sorry for the lack of updates. I had trouble uploading photos, thankfully the issue is now resolved.
This is the final week for the ladies. Nothing but rainwater, PH'ed to 6.5 from here on out.
As far as smell and taste goes, Blueberry delivers.
Smells like grape flavoured sweets, and tastes like grape slush puppy.
Good smoke to chill, very much an indica buzz on this.
Average grower during veg, but likes to stretch during flower. Be prepared for 200-250%, depending on phenotype.
She is quite a heavy feeder, especially during flower. Blueberry needs to be defoliated fairly regularly in order to maximise bud potential.
Great trichome coverage on this strain, with a good calyx to leaf ratio.
Definitely a sativa dominant strain, something that I like to smoke during the day.
After curing for 4 weeks, it has a sweet rotten banana smell to it.
Harvested at 65 days, after 2 days of darkness.
Fast growing sativa dominant strain. Likes to stretch during flower, as sativa's do.
Requires minimal canopy maintenance, but will benefit from some support during flower as she likes to flop from the weight of the buds.
Indica dominant strain, high comes on fast and leaves you feeling relaxed and calm.
Has an umami smell and taste to it with an aftertaste of sweet citrus.
Good leaf to calyx ratio, with some phenotypes producing more pistils than others.
The phenotype with more pistils has a slightly stronger citrus smell and taste to it.
Harvested at 65 days, after 2 days of darkness.
Was expecting this strain to be the one to watch this round, but the Tropicanna Banana easily came out on top.
Mimosa Evo is indica dominant and does not stretch much during flower.
Requires some canopy maintenance due to the stocky nature of the plant, when low stress trained.
