Filippo Amazing roots. First time using the starter kit from Rqs, I am really impressed. Can't wait to see what happens with the easy boost organic nutrient. Noticed some little spot of mold due to humidty. I hope to solve it as soon as possible.

Filippo Wow! The second week is almost coming to an end and I’m more and more impressed! The growth is healthy and the leaves look beautiful, the plant is in great shape and has developed a series of new leaves in just a few days (they're growing right before my eyes). Due to the rather low temperatures, I haven't had the chance to test the Combo capsule kit yet, but considering that for now I've only given it water (and I've used the starter kit batcho), the result seems quite impressive! You have to take into account that I'm using very weak lights (less than 30w), which affects the growth in not entirely positive ways. In fact, as you can see from the photos, the plant has developed a rather long stem (a clear example that it needs more light). Unfortunately, I can't afford to buy lights with higher wattage due to both consumption and cost. Thanks again to the RQS team for this opportunity! P.S. I'm writing in Italian because I can produce a more fluid and grammatically correct review, so I'm relying on the automatic translator hoping it does its job! P.S. I managed to solve the mold problem by changing the substrate. The mistake was mine for wanting to use already wet soil for the new seed, without considering the outside temperature which didn't allow the substrate to dry out.

Filippo Today marks the start of the third week of life for my Purplematic CBD. It looks healthy and is growing quite fast. Today, 10/19/2020, I transplanted it into the smart pot (the fabric one that was kindly given to me, along with the growth kit, by Royal Queen Seeds for the contest). On the same date, I also used Easy Combo for the first time, specifically the capsule for the vegetative phase. Unfortunately, I only have one capsule for the growth phase, and since I'm watering only a few times a week (due to the not-so-high temperatures), I decided to split the capsule into 4 parts to avoid wasting it and to be able to use it again. I diluted 1/4 of the tablet in about 750ml of tap water (I know it's not the best choice, but at least I could adjust the temperature) and poured about 200ml-250ml into the pot. I'm starting, when possible, to give a bit more light to the little plant. During the transplant, I noticed that, probably thanks to the fertilizers that were sent to me, the roots were very well developed and some were already coming out of the holes at the bottom of the pot.

Filippo Great start to the week. I've decided to start LST to let as much light reach all parts of the plant as possible. I want to point out that I don't have very powerful lights, so I believe this method is spot on. I've noticed the true efficiency of RQS products, especially in the last week, during which my plant has literally exploded, growing significantly. I can conclude that both the nutrients and the pot are high-quality products: the pot, in particular, is something magnificent. It allows the plant to withstand various adverse conditions as it lets air flow through all the walls. This way, it gives the soil the opportunity to increase the oxygen level inside, and then (especially useful for beginners like me) it facilitates the drying of the soil even when it has been overly watered. 28/10/2020 The pre-flowering phase has begun.

The LST you make it's good because you need all branches have the same height 🤙🏻 but you need more light bro, this girl stretching too much and not make any other branches 😉 all you need are more light, keep this in mind, but you make a good lst for now

Filippo Sorry if I haven't been very present these last few days. I mentioned that flowering has started because the first pistils have appeared. I used easy combo for flowering for the first time and the plant seems to be doing well, although obviously the actual results will be seen at the end of the course. I'm experimenting with the LST technique. To satisfy my curiosity, I "dug" to analyze the roots and I have to say that the products combined with the pot are bearing fruit. I say this with complete sincerity and no ulterior motives, I am really satisfied especially with the pot (a product I highly recommend) since it allows excess moisture to escape and the roots, as I mentioned, are developing really well; from what I've seen, they are branching out evenly.

Filippo What can I say but wow. You can see that the flowers are developing, taking on a purple color, as well as the leaves which are getting a darker purple (I'm talking about those near the flowers). ...if only I had more powerful lights.... you can't even imagine what this plant would be capable of! As you can see, it's getting more and more colorful and, in my opinion, that's the most beautiful thing of all!!! The purple hues are spreading all over the plant, ranging from purple leaning towards black to pink leaning towards red (like fuchsia). The photos don't do its beauty justice, even though I'm constantly trying to improve to convey its beauty.

Filippo The plant is beautiful and the flowers are getting fatter, taking on an increasingly intense purple color. Due to the not-too-high temperatures, I've reduced the amount of water to avoid giving too much. As you can see, I'm using very low-powered lamps, and I'm realizing more and more that the flowers can't express their full potential. This makes me a bit sad, even though the plant is doing excellently despite the low amount of light.

@Mrs_Larimar, you are absolutely right about the lights. Unfortunately, I can't afford to buy new ones right now (that's why I'm participating in the @spiderfarmer contest hoping they might select me). The ones I have now I got less than a year ago, just for my first growing attempt, and as a newbie, I didn't consider their efficiency. Thank you again for the time you spent helping me.
