My purple gorilla baby!

We haven't seen any change so far and from what I have researched It should have had more change than we have seen the last two weeks. After consulting with some experienced growers I have decided to move my light down. I had read that the light was to be more elevated but being the time of year and temp of my home, not to mention the fact that it has made no progress at all, I decided to go with their advice. So I welcome any advice from my fellow gardeners.
