Couldn't attend to them as much as I d want to some got kinda shocked at the end of week 2 et growed twisted leaves and growing slowed.
Move the lights closer and gave them only water for a week and they kicked back quick

I would say you may be adding nutes to soon for your girls, bought soil has all they need for their first month or more. The white stains could be a bit of a ph fluctuation. In your soil. Cheers
