I think I overwatered my clone, haven’t watered in 3 days. Not sure if I should wait another 1-2 days before watering again. Seedling seems to have slow growth also I believe it’s due to the humidity fluctuation from 40-50 %

Yup a little , maybe the bottom of the soil where a little bit wet already with the clone not fully covering the medium.
Also , what is the content of Canna Rhyzotonic? She need some food and is a little bit stunned
