Planted the seeds in Kellogg Garden Organics Potting mix 10/2/20. Cotyledons were visible 10/7/20. (10/7/20 shall be known as Day 1 of this grow). Plants were under small led grow bulb for 10/7-8/20. Switched to Mars Hydro Ts1000 on 10/9/20. Ts1000 is located 24" above the vegetation. 10/10/20 (Day 4)- Transplanted into 5 gallon fabric pots. Filled with perlite at bottom for extra drainage, and Dr. Earth homegrown our and natural potting soil. Top 4" of soil in each container mixed with 1/4 cup Dr. Earth root zone starter. Switched TS1000 to 100% power and hung 26" from vegetation. Watered around bases of plants each received 300ml. 10/11/20 (Day 5)- Plants are both 2.5" tall, noticing slight yellowing on #2 leaves. Perhaps too much light, will check back tomorrow. Soil still damp, but drying, watered 200-400ml per plant. 10/12/20 (Day 6)- Second set of leaves emerging on both plants. #2 slight red tint on new leaves in addition to yellowing. #1 leaves are slightly curled downward, perhaps over watered. 10/13/20 (Day 7)- Plants installed into new 70x70x160cm Marshydro grow tent. New light, Galaxy hydro 300w hung 30" from vegetation. #1 leaves curled more downward. Watered 200ml each plant. More research has been conducted, proper watering may be 200-300ml every 2-3 days, will try this and see is problems persist.

I have transplanted these into 5 gallon fabric pots filled with organic potting soil, what is the proper amount to water and how frequently? The leaves on one plant are curling down and I am worried about both under watering or overwatering. Thanks.

Just give them the same ammount of water you give them before, you have to water only her roots so a little like 150ml and again when it’s completely dry

I am unsure why #2 is starting to have issues, before it was doing just fine and #1 had issues. Their conditions have been almost identical so I am confused as to what is making them develop so differently. I believe water ph could be a culprit, as I know the area I live in adds alkaline compounds to assist in stopping corrosion, perhaps I will try lowering the ph of the water slightly. #2 yellowing is only occurring on new growth (2nd set of true leaves and 3rd at meristem), so I know it not a nitrogen issue. #2 is 3.75" tall. Slight reddening in apical meristem as well (3rd developing set of true leaves), perhaps an iron issue, which would be caused by ph. #1 is nice dark green, but slightly shorter at 3" height. Also, haven't got the watering dialed in 100% yet so this could be another factor. I reckon I'm more likely over watering than under watering. I've been giving them anywhere between 200-300ml each usually every 2-3 days.

10/21/20 (Day 15)- Added ~1/2" of soil to bases of plants in order to allow more rooting potential and stability. 10/22/20 (Day 16)- Watered 200ml each plant. Total 400ml of water had 1/2tsp ACV and 1tsp Fertilome root stimulator added, ph of solution was 6.5 according to ph wand. Perhaps ph lowering will help plants (especially #2) better uptake nutrients. Also perhaps the root stimulator will help these guys grow more roots so I don't have to be as careful watering all the time. 10/23/20 (Day 17)- Noticed today when I put my face near the plants they have a slight skunk odor, NIIICE. Also, red/purple tint from emerging leaves on #2 is gone. Perhaps ACV solution is good! Lets see what develops till the next watering. #2 Leaves are still very crinkly looking from the side, also noticed very slight tip burn on 3rd set of emerging leaves.

Plant is yellowing on the new growth. There are also brown spots on the first true leaves. Watering every 2-3 days with 200-300ml, and have just started altering the ph of my water to 6.5 in order to help with nutrient lockout. 2 plants under same conditions only one has issues.

10/29/20-Day 23 #1) 4.5” tall, nice looking 4th set of leaves. #2) 5.75” tall. All new growth, including lower axillary buds, is yellowing. Green tint toward tips, brown/copper spots on 3rd set of leaves. #2 is taller because is lacks chlorophyll and is stretching to get more light. 10/31/20-Day 25 - watered 300ml each 11/2/20-Day 27 started LST on #1.
