what your seeing is in the strain, it is a different phenotype of the strain. each plant you grow is a unique plant, and it is nature. so hardly ever you will
find no two plants from seed are the same, hardly ever unless the breeder really spent time stabilizing the strain and this takes a few years.
most breeders work with the strain, get it somewhat stable and just keep in line breeding with the strain.
also you do not need to rotate your plants, all you do is have to turn the pot, last water less, unless you just watered your plants, the soil looks pretty damp.
your plant looks fine though and you should not stress over it as i am sure it will grow and the end result will be fire.
