That is a PH swing reaction if I've ever seen one. It varies from mag-striping in several ways, rapid onset being one of them, also the cell walls looks collapsed instead of just a different color in the early stages of mag.
What was your input ph v your soil PH?
A big swing up or down can cause this issue, followed by lockouts in the coming days.
A corrective action would be to test the soil PH directly, either by a soil probe or making a 1:1 slurry of 7 water to soil, straining and testing that result. If the soil is too high, bring down over the next two waterings with your target PH of 6.5 for soil. Too acidic, bring up over the next two waterings. Always check your input PH after bubbling and nutes have settled for 15 minutes. Also allow a good mix and 15 minutes of settling any time you go up or down in PH to get a accurate reading.
If you did test the PH, check that the meter is calibrated properly.
If you troubleshoot all of this and it's still an issue, shoot me a DM.
Best of luck!
