Looks like your ph may be out a little. 6.3 to 6.5 for soil in veg. Cheers

It seems that it can be a soil problem. The substrate may retain too much moisture or have unfavorable pH levels.
The substrate is always wet?

I think my purple kush is either dead or setting cuz I put it out from soil re washed and put it back..it still didn't sprout yet ...is there any hope to come out?..it's day seven now... Was taking it out of the soil and plant it back was a mistake??...thank u guys really appreciate it
