safe to cut them or it will affect the branches coming from them ?? they are super big and making lots of shadow and i kinda wanna take them off so light can reach lower but i dont wanna take them if its gonna affect the main branches . anyone with experience can help me ?

For now old leave them they are the biggest solar reflectors to help your plant grow. Later when flower begins is when I'd begin to selectively remove large fans that block bud sites that are forming. Keep it growing it looks fantastic! ๐ค๐ค

she is in streching phase and i would say 5-10 days until there will be some bud sites . is it safe to lollipop at this point or should i wait more ?

Its not recomended as she will stop growth for healing but then again from all the auto's i've grown i have yet to see one that takes some time to recover, from the lollipops i've done i still see plant growth in the following days.
Stay lit, maybe you should wait a lil bit more, but if you are in a hurry and need to do it fast, then do it.

Why you chop so early bro? Leave it longer for more yield and potency. Or if you cannot and have to, make 1 small plant for your next grow and give it try. I promise, you will enjoy.
