Your pot has a good drainage? You water every time until runoff and then u wait the pot to be light before watering again? Make sure to follow a good dry wet cycle and give water 2or 3 times every time before nutrient

How ofteb do you water ? If you think you water properly the you overwatered but I think she is underwatwred and now whe she is flowering.... big mistake ...
