tangielope First days of life, my first auto grow, I'm going to use Biobizz ferts. I grew photoperiod in the past 5 years ago, I came back because I can't stand the pressed stuff, I want to make natural medicine and combat drug trafficking.

tangielope Her growth is impressive, even though I'm growing the same strain in another pot that isn't doing as well as this one. Now I'm wondering, is it the seed or the pot that's making the difference?

tangielope Today she entered the flowering stage, showing white pistils. I did a tie at the end of the previous week because I had never done it before, and I did it as a test. The leaves are beautiful with no deficiencies, this week I'm starting with bio bloom and topmax.

tangielope So far everything is going well, the girl is looking gorgeous.... If anyone is wondering why she's called D-jay, it's in honor of the Jamaican fighter from Street Fighter. When I started growing, I named each little plant after a character; some didn't make it and it was game over like Bison, Sagat, E-Honda, Ryu, and Zangief. Some died, others were males... Believe it or not, I've had 3 male autos that were supposed to be feminized... go figure... Updating.... She's growing a lot, definitely impressive, at the moment she's the queen of the ball...

Hello @tangielope! Brazilian greetings hahaha :) Thank you for sharing your experience with me. This is my first time growing autoflowers too (and I'm used to growing prenseeds, which have a very different pace, right?). I'm not exactly sure what happened to me, but the big problem I'm facing is that the lateral branches of my plant hardly developed. In the last week, they started to show up since the day I decided to do some LST to see if the light reaches the lower branches better... I'm not sure if there's still time for her growth since the pistils on the top bud are appearing pretty fast, but I'll see how far it goes, just to improve my techniques in the next grows. I've already noticed that with autoflowers, the best thing is to plant directly in the final pot, as you advised me. I'll do that next time. By the way, your plant looks really beautiful! It's big and healthy, and the little buds are gorgeous. You'll definitely have a good harvest! :) Do you fertilize from the first week in the soil? Do you think it's worth investing in Biobizz fertilizers? I'll be following your diary. Good luck!

@barbiemaconheira, I didn't even realize you were Brazilian lol.... So autos don't forgive many mistakes in the veg stage because it's a short stage. The first mistakes I made were overwatering and transplanting. After I learned how they behave, it's going well. I like Biobizz because I've used it a lot and know how to work with it. I'm starting with Flowermind; I'm testing it and it's super simple to use. It automatically regulates the pH and uses the same mix from the beginning to the end of the whole cycle... What light are you using? What's the temperature of your grow? And what soil/fert? I fertilize after 10 days from sprouting or when 2-3 pairs of leaves appear; before that, just water for the first 5 days and a rooting agent for the next 10 days.
