Started 2 Pineapple Autoflower seeds from Growers Choice. One soaked in cup of water for 1 day before doing paper towel, plastic bag germination method on heat mat. The other seed was not soaked. Soaked seed germinated about 4 days faster than non soaked seed, however both seeds germinated. No photos were taken until around day 10 from soil emergence. Grow space is an IKEA style wardrobe closet in bedroom. I plan to only use the spider farmer sf 1000 light and do a bit of low stress training to optimize cola locations. Plants are currently in 3.25" pots and will be potted up to 5 gallon fabric pots when roots fill out in the smaller pot. At that time the potting soil will be mixed with dry organic fertilizer amendments and top dressing of amendments will happen every 4 weeks or so.

Both plants became stressed in the small pots of mostly just peat moss and sticks. No food and drying down too many times caused leaf die off. I have now potted both plants up into one 5 gallon fabric pot with peat moss mixed with dry organic amendments (bloodmeal, seabird guano, langbenite) , old worm castings and some topsoil from my yard. Watered thoroughly and will hope for some legitimate growth over the next two weeks.

After potting up, top dressing with worm castings and Organic NPK nutrients one of the plants has begun to grow again. The other plant may have already had root rot and damped off. The plant is very small for 4 weeks of life but is adding leaf area and starting to take off. We will stay the course and hopefully see this plant through to harvest.

After some top dressing and watering last week, the plant is looking much better. Since the other plant in the pot did not survive, I am planning to low stress train the plant into a semi circle around the pot hoping to keep the canopy somewhat even.

This week I began to pull the main growing point over to the side to expose some axial shoots to direct lighting. I plan to try and pull the main stem around the perimeter of the pot, exposing side shoots all along the way. Hopefully the flower tops will stay relatively even in height. The main stem really thickened this week as the plant is trying to right itself. I have been pulling the plant over, and re-arranging the pipe cleaner/bamboo skewer holding it down, every few days. Currently watering with unfiltered well water from a watering can until saturated (~ 2 L) every 5 days or so. Some runoff through the pot is occuring as I am watering. More top-dressing today with a few tsp of dry Seabird Guano, Blood Meal, and Langbenite.

Watering a bit more frequently now. The plant is short, wiry and has some leaf twisting going on but is starting to stretch and show some flower pistils. I am losing track of the main growing point/extending the top around the side and will now focus on keeping 4 or 5 main colas in the canopy. No food this week, plan to top dress after watering. Maybe a bit later in the week or next week. I have noticed a few spider mites here and there so I have moved a small fan down to blow more directly on the plant. I also saw a lady bug has found its way into the closet and is periodically cruising the plant for snacks...

No more LST going on after last week, plan to just let the plant go now. I may trim some lower leaves as they die off. The plant gained some height this week and is putting out quite a few flowers. Top dressed with ~3 TBSP Blood meal, ~2 TSP Langbenite and ~1 TSP Seabird Guano all dry amendments from Down To Earth Organics. The plant is mostly potted in cheap peat moss and got very dry this week. I had a hard time saturating the soil mid way through the fabric-pot, I have been watering every 5 days to a week but will likely water more frequently now.

Starting to water every 3 days now, or so, and the plant is really stretching. Since the plant has bushed out significantly I have added some lighting on the sides. Along with the Spiderfarmer SF-1000 overhead I am using a Cannagrow 50W Blue Light LED and another 9W LED on the opposite side. No food this week, I will probably do a final round of top dressing with dry amendments next week.

Watering 2-3 times per week at this point with about 1 gallon or so each time. Still have significant runoff due to the fabric pot but I have been over applying nutrients, a bit, to account for leaching from water runoff. Top dressed this week with some NPK amendments as well as worm castings. Steady as she goes.

One final (i think) top dressing this week of dry organic NPK amendments. Mostly P and K was added to the top of the soil and then stirred and watered in. In the last 2 weeks I have removed some fan leaves from the base of the plant and some inside of the canopy to thin it out a bit.

Continuing to thin some leaves as they die off. I believe I went a bit heavy on the P and K additions a few weeks ago, along with a fungus gnat hatching/re-hatching some of the leaves are showing signs of disease. I let the plant dry down for 3 or 4 days and then watered with a small addition of worm castings to the topsoil. I am starting to see some more crystals form on the flowers!

Watering very frequently now, about every two or three days. I am still seeing new white hairs growing in some of the lower canopy so I'm planning to hang on for another week or two before harvesting. Hopefully we will see the flowers getting fatter and some more trichome growth as well!

The flowers are continuing to fatten and starting to grow more crystals. I am still removing dying and discolored fan leaves every few days and watering on about the same schedule. I had a small breakthrough in watering technique (although now at the end of the life of the plant) by bottom watering in a bath tub as well as watering the top surface with a can. Otherwise the fabric pot leaks out the sides and I am having a hard time saturating the center and bottom of the pot.

I have been watering very often now, about every 2 days and allowing full saturation of the media plus some runoff. I found my jewelers loupe and it seems that most of the thrichomes are clear with some looking more opaque. I didn't really see any amber ones. The plan at the moment is to keep an eye on it and probably harvest it next week.

Happy Harvest Day!

I grew one plant that almost died during the 2nd week from lack of food and poor watering technique. It rebounded and yielded 2.5 ounces of sweet smelling buds. Very happy with the resiliency and response to pruning and low stress training.

This plant almost died from a bit of neglect and then transplant shock. It came back with power and the wet bud weight with stems was about 475 grams. The plant hung to dry in the closet for about 6 days at 61 degrees F and around 51 percent humidity. It was then trimmed and allowed to dry down a bit more on a table, then jarred and burped daily. Final yield is 75 grams of very sweet smelling and decent looking buds!

I hope you get some new growth. Try to get the light a little closer to the plants. Hope you have more luck next round. Repotting autos is always a gamble with some strains
