I think I can predict that you'll get the 4th stage by the end of next week. Then I would start bending your damsel. But it's just a suggestion. Servus OimRausch

Well, first thing is soft squeezing the branch you're gonna tie to prepare it, then it's easy: tour objective when doing lst is getting an even canopy, the secret is tying down the upper branches until they're on the same level with the lower branches growth. I would also recommend to do some hst (high stress training) to your plant by topping them at the 4th/5th internode, in order to achieve an even greater yield than just doing lst.
