PEV contest entry

Well I was lucky enough to have been selected to try these pev seeds and enter them into the contest. This is the gelato strain and I'm hoping for some frosty dense buds coming through . This is going to a single female entry that I will be growing in a 50/50 mix of promix Bx and a living soil blend . It will also be a organic grow with my nutrients being supplied by Dutch science nutrients.. so this one little solder will be turning into a monster I hope . Around week 3 it will get transplant and then a few more weeks till flowering . Best of luck to all who enter the contest ..cheers !!

Well the genetics are on point here it's a fats growing and great looking plant. I was not to sure what to expect but I'm very happy right now . It's going to stay in this pot forever and will get organic nutes not synthetic . There will be no topping and it's gonna be allowed to grow natural . Flipping in about another two weeks or so let's hope for more quick growth very happy over here ..mad love .

The strain is growing well and it's been under my marshydro ts1000 now .. she is 4 weeks in this picture .The 15th Nov was these pictures and she has some great structure and colour to her leaves . No smells yet and the fan leaves are rather large . Can't wait to see just how nice this one will get and being an all organic grow ..cheers

We are just rocking along no complaints they are healthy and happy . The living soil has seen great growth and feedings are still at 6.8 -7 no issues as of yet will be adding an organic bloom feed soon can't wait to see flowering to go down ..

Monster of a strain we just hit first week of flower and its looking good so far . More of an outdoors strain with fan leaves this huge . Has grown very well in the living soil and today I gave the first feeding of dutch science bloom nutes . Organic grow all the way , I'm very happy with the strain selection they have and these babies grow very well with some amazing growth structure. Cheers

Just crazy some of the biggest fan leaves I have seen in my life friggin 8-10 inches across its crazy .. living soil organic blend with added microbes and organic nutrients .. she is a trooper and full of life I am glad I still have one left it's gonna be an outdoor lady next spring ☺️.. can't wait to see just she fills out in the end ..

I'm way behind on updated posts bit that how it goes at times .. this lady has an amazing scent going not overly strong but nice .. fruity it's in living soil and had been an all organic grow . These are part of the contest they have going at Pev seeds . It's been nice to grow and I always enjoy trying different strains .. can't wait to see how they finish up ..

It's been so so , the buds are developing good . The temps have been a little cold now but nothing crazy and I'm eager to see how she will taste in the end . All organic and using living soil blend . Need to better insulate the grow area and not have any more cold issues

Sorry life getting busy new baby on the way and three little ones home schooling lol .. she still looks good not stacking the biggest but has a nice smell and was given her last feeding this week .. all organic flowering feed with microbes added .. can't wait to see her in the end !! We are still moving along nicely I'm sitting on week 8 almost not quite but close . It's been a good run buds are not the biggest bit they are dense enough .. nice smell coming off them and a sticky bud even though trichomes are not huge ..it's been a great run and fun as always .. still more weeks to go

Great strain .. has a strong gassy smell and was not trained at all just left to do her thing .. it's on cruise control now and we are water only till harvest now ..cheers ..

We are nearing the end now lots of milky no clear trichomes and some amber throughout the plant . This is week 10 and I'm gonna be chopping this down in another 5-6 days . Will be whole plant hang dried and trimmed and cured . Haven't given a feeding in almost 2 weeks and don't plan on flushing as I haven't with the last few plants I did and they friend out great. These are part of the pevseeds contest that was put on . I was selected and sent some beans to do for my grow ,which had taken a while to get here but I was eager to run them . We had a good growth rate from the start and it was a happy plant in terms of here feedings and medium choice . I grew it in a fabric pot with a Canadian soil company NextGen . This is a add water only type of grow product it has all you need inside all ready . I still added my one miicrobial mass and used an organic nutrient in bloom. Her genetics are good as she was flowering I thought there was something wrong , it was taking a decent amount of time to start producing buds .. but I was wrong it's exploded in the 6-9 week of flower and put up some nice Dense buds that truly smell of gas and skunk . Sticky and dense are both what I like about this plant and it's great colour change as well .in all it was a very basic grow and in trying to keep it minimal and stress free as possible . Organic has been very good this run and I'm all ready grabbing more soil of this type and a few other additives to change it up a bit ..
