I will try to add photos daily for week 1 up to day 7. This time I planted the seed into a 1L airpot after a taproot emerged during germination and waited for it to push up through the soil. I germinated in a wet washcloth, sorry no images. I’m going to try to get daily images. Using Black Gold seedling mix. I will be adding more images this week up to day 7.
From Leafly:
Among the most famous strains worldwide is White Widow, a balanced hybrid first bred in the Netherlands by Green House Seeds. A cross between a Brazilian sativa landrace and a resin-heavy South Indian indica, White Widow has blessed every Dutch coffee shop menu since its birth in the 1990s. Its buds are white with crystal resin, warning you of the potent effects to come. A powerful burst of euphoria and energy breaks through immediately, stimulating both conversation and creativity. White Widow’s genetics have given rise to many other legends like White Russian, White Rhino, and Blue Widow. Still, many growers prefer cultivation of the original White Widow, which flowers in about 60 days indoors.
Still tiny, added light nutrients. Moved a little further from the light because the newest leaves are very tiny with little internodal space. Will add daily pics if possible.
Transplanted into 5 gal equivalent air pot. I used a mix of coco coir, earthworm castings and Earth Juice Amazon Bloom soil which was a bit more spendy. The plant seems very happy! Last week I also augmented my lighting with a 65W Horticulture Lighting Group 3000K quantum board I found on Amazon for $99, thanks to Bigpun. It’s making an enormous difference. I will get back to numbering days.
added nematodes day 37
Nice growth since transplant and new light added.
4-30 light watering.
5-1 swapped places with Blueberry to be directly under the HLG light, hoping to veg her up more.
5-3 Watered with light nutrients 350 ppm
Even though this is the smallest plant, it is really healthy and I believe it’s doing better right under the HLG light. 5-7 The soil is pretty moist so I have not fed yet but will probably give some nitrogen and cal-mag.
5-10 just 1 cup water. I didn't have time to mix nutes but she was getting a bit dry. Tomorrow she will get fed.
5-11 topped soil and added nematodes plus water plus cal mag and rearranged space.
Just water over the last week and accidentally got under watered. Wish I had been able to grow this better as the buds look very frosty. Not much scent.
