Nice genetics, bad lighting. Switch to a proper WHITE LED Panel and leave this panel for Flowering. Too much deep red will cause the plant to flower prematurely and you 'll end up with a dwarf auto like this diary: growdiaries.com/diaries/7962-second-time

I think that the panel is fine, at least one both my northern lights were 140cm tall at the end, the panel is a cheap viparspectra
