day 7 (11/17/2020) i still have not fed it any nutrients yet until they need it, will also add microbes in on the first feed which should be sometime this week, whenever the plant shows its ready for food😎

well so far this one is growing fine it's staying shorter then the other plants but i know this strain gets a decent size so I'm guessing it will catch up in the veg this week or next, i slowly been lowering my cmh lights every other day until i get to 3 feet from plant tops, i like to start with my 315 cmh all the way up to the top of my tent until week 2 and purposely make the seedlings stretch even if they need held up by a crutch simply because later in the grow they always seem to become the plants i want that way for my style, i know others that purposely stretch their seedling plants in the beginning too,i do it only when i plan to scrog seems to help down the road get the shape plant i want for scrogging, anyways now that it's day 15 i am only a few more inches away from being at 3 feet from the tops💪

day 21 and she is staying short which i like, when her 6th node finishes coming out i will top between the 5th and 6th node and let her veg about 7-8 weeks for a scrog net.... i like to wait to top around 5th or 6th node so that it's had more time to develop roots when i do photo periods😀

day 28 and she is super stressed but i did it on purpose ,did multiple topping multiple fimming and lst all in the same day when i am usually only topping the main stem one time at this stage of growing, i did it so the other plant that's behind a few weeks can catch up with my other strains, it's definitely stressed but surviving just fine and will look great in 2 weeks, staying short but i know this strain it's always short in this stage but by week 3 flower becomes a big bush, now she is multiple topped and fimmed i will use the next few weeks of veg to let all the new branches slowly grow in and get ready for about 4 or 5 weeks to put under the scrog net and make a switch for flower😬

well i saw my plants this week looked like they had nutrient burn but i was only feeding 1/2 strength with just normal ph water after 3 feedings when i realized the leaves just appeared to looked like nutrient burn but it was just needing transplanted they were still in 1 gallon pots and forgot to transplant them, did make a few more toppings on side branches and cut off a few big leaves i plan on vegging these plants forever so why not make more bud sites, transplanted them yesterday im sure that leaf burn look will go away on the few leaves that got it😐

day 48 i had a major PH problem that led to a major nutrient lockout,i recalibrated my ph pen and fixed the ph but i lost more then 50% of the leaves on my plant which sucks, i usually only do a milf defoliation during this time it also slowed the growth a few days but a lot of branching everything should be fine now....surprisingly this one was the first plant to throw off a little good stank to it,😃

well that ph problem i had led to major nutrient burn so i had to get rid of half the plant but i think i got it fixed now, the burnt tips will most likely stay that way due to waiting so long.... found out when my battery was low on my ph pen i was only at 4.9 ph lucky i did not kill the plants...keep a close eyes in them batteries in your ph pen or this happens lol😞 this one is really stinking good though for how short it is staying i got a feeling this short plant is gonna have a lot of fat buds

2/14 well i finally switched these into the 12 hour flower stage, i lost half my plants branches from the ph problems i had 2 of the plants fully recovered but 2 are still pale and burnt edges because i let the ph problem go too long and almost killed them 2 plants but they are surviving but not looking the prettiest......either which way i'll get some yield from it i do not have pics right now so i posted pics of the new schedule i'm using plus i added epsom salt and unsulfured molasses,i am staying low on the nutrients for a few weeks until they seem halfway back to normal...oh i did flush the plants coco completely before i added the nutrients to transition into flower....i really messed up this grow by letting that ph problem go on for who knows how long at least 2 weeks if not longer but at least they are still alive

day 7 of flower and plants are slowly stretching and most have recovered from the ph problem i had i still believe it is slowing growth a bit from being so stressed but they are green taking the new nutrient schedule great ,already forming buds at day 7 in flower too which is cool usually takes 2 weeks for me to see lil buds forming😀 oh and so far the wedding cake has the strongest smell but then again a lot of strains dont start stinking until week 3 or 4

day 14 of flower and wedding cake doing great, even canopy and little buds on the plants already i will defoliate for the last time in 6 days😬 oh and since it's only day 14 flower this is the only strain with a weak smell coming in but it smells super good i can tell this is gonna be some good stuff

day 21 of flower (start of week 4) so i did my last leaf strip and lst the plants took the net out.... i might get a few days of stretch since i am now just taking the grow nutrient out of my feed schedule .....but i doubt it , buds will start fattening up from here on out ...i need to pick up more unsulfured molasses today and i did a 1 time transition stage feeding this time next feed all flower nutrients, the cmh light and the net during stretch did a great job of keeping the plants short and by de-leafing during stretch also help keep the plants down low which is what i wanted, overall i am happy with this grow so far😬

day 28 and this plant is now the shortest in my garden...but hold on wait i forgot to mention it is also the most stinky in my garden and has the most crystals on the buds already forming day 28 smell like like a sour candy to me this one is a strong smelling plant i got like the skunky sour candy phenome and i am going to monster crop some clones from this because of how good it is doing, she's a keeper😍

day 36 and getting frosty and stinky i have been feeding heavy nutrients for all my plants this one was a bit sensitive to heavy strength so i will back off to normal strength nutrients this week😀

my cmh broke the other day so i only have 315 total watts of cmh on all 4 plants now until the light i ordered from amazon gets here should be in a few more days...anyways i will say i made it through mid bloom stage and now i am starting what i consider late bloom stage, i will try to push the limits on my nutrients this week and back off if it gets too much then in about 2 more weeks of late bloom feedings i will start the long flushing process ...i'm at the stage where the small buds get big i hope lol😂

well in about 2 weeks i'll start the flush, got my new light in 500 watt cmh that can be dimmed....also got a 10k spectrum finishing bulb i'll use during the last week for resin production ,buds slowly getting fatter just playing the wait game for now😀 still the short plant of the tent but super stinky i know it's gonna be good already lol

i missed out on 3 weeks during veg of growth due to almost having nutrient lock out and ph problems, and now i have to harvest 3 weeks early because i am moving into my new house in a week...with all that time missing this plant still gave me some stinky buds...it's the smallest in the tent i'mma guess i got 2 ounces the buds are small but super dense they would of fattened I'm sure if i had 3 more weeks of flower but moving has changed that lol, i'm surprised i even got this much how bad i messed up the the nutrients in veg it's a tough plant for sure and smells like skunk mixed with vanilla wafers as i trim, got a little bit of sugar leafs to press hash with...i also smoked 1 branch a few weeks ago that i accidently broke off which was about 5 grams dry...i'll update the final dry weight and add pics of this dried when they are ready, again i missed out 3 weeks of time in veg i missed out on harvesting 2-3 weeks early so this plant would of yielded much more that's my mistake not the seed companies fault... i love the look and smell and i plan on buying more of this barneys wedding cake just to grow again i know i can get plants next time 4 time's as big from this strain now that i got my nutrient schedule figured out😂

i bought this hoping it had a different taste then other wedding cake strains around my city this strain is everywhere,come to find out tastes the same with the same effects which is definitely not a bad thing for anyone who has tried this strain it's delicious and a good stoner high lol😀
