Project AeroGarden 2 C.K Dark Angel

Slacked off for the last week and a bit and now I'm paying for it. Wasn't doing a very good job watching my levels and the resivore got warm and my Ph got low (4.8). According to my monitor my Ph was below 5.8 for over a day, and my tank was concitantly reaching temperatures above 21c. So when I went to dump my tank I noticed that my roots had turned a brownish cooper color, had a bit of a smell and also the air stones had a slime to it..... so washed off the roots and put them in just straight water for 2 days with 5ml of grotek final flush. After the 2 days the water in the tank looked like rosa wine lol. Refilled it with just water for 12 more hours before adding the nutrients. Since then its gotten a lot nicer looking.
