Hi there! Is there any particular reason that you have 12/12 lights? These are marked as autoflowers so they will start to flower when they are ready, no matter how much light is given to them. To maximise yields and plant growth you should change the lights to 18/6 or maybe 16/8 or 20/4 So to answer your question, you can't "switch" autoflowers to flowering mode, they will do it automatically when they are ready and usually it happens in weeks 3-5
