Given that we are in the winter my germination rate was very slow at 5 days until they pushed up through the soil, but now we are off and running.

Everything is so far so good. I tore one of the cotydelons on early on the more advanced plant and it looks about 3 days ahead. I guess losing a cotydelon isnt too much for them to take.
I really like these little girls so far! I'm not sure where the lineage exactly comes from to be honest, but the deep serrations in the leaves give them a very spiky appearance so far. I can totally see this plant growing in the desert somewhere in central mexico. Anyway, so far so good. They are moving along as expected.
So we are 4 weeks in and things are looking absolutely great. The leaves on this Mexican Airlines are totally unique from anything else i've grown so I'm pretty excited about it. I switched them over to the flowering lights a few days ago and they are reaching up and loving it. I am running these with no leaf tucking just to see the difference between the structures of the plants. Anyway, everything is going great so far, cant wait to smell the tropical fruits and spices from this girl as those little buds develop.
Everything so far so good. I have two very different phenos or at least plant structures out of these Mexican Airlines. One is mostly cola with short side branches and the other is starting to really bush out in the stretch. Very light scent of fruit at the moment. Cant wait til it really gets going!
Moved into the big tent under my good lights and they are really rocking now. Going to give them a full strength flowering tea this week because i'm starting to show a little K and P deficiencies starting, but only in the mexican airlines. Either they got the weak part of the soil batch, or they are just heavier feeders. Knowing fast buds, they are just hungry girls!
So far so great, the fruity funk smell is really picking up this week and the structure of the bushier pheno looks like i'm going to pull roughtly 90-100 grams dry off of her if she bulks up well. Super excited!
