Sorry to see your plant die out man. Did you have it sitting on a tray? I currently have my grow bag sitting in a tray to catch runoff, but now that I see what happened to yours, I'm thinking I should raise my plants on a breathable platform.
Everyone makes mistakes, but you're in the right place for help in future grows. But like everyone else says, air pot and fabric pot helps a lot with over watering.
Wish i saw this earlier. Dont over fertilize even organic will rot the stem.
Fabric pot would help, switch to a more coco base and maybe add 15 to 25 % perlite.
When a plant is grown like that u can slowly water around and also spoon feed dry ferts around the edge.
