Pics of near the end of week 2.
Plants started stretching pretty quick after the flip. One of the deluxe sugar cane looks mega sativa-ish between the stretch and branching. Definitely a few runts out of the packs but that's whats to be expected.
Feeding at 800 - 850 and finally seeing the EC stabilize. 25 gallon top-offs still empty after 4 days.
Decided to try this schwazzing method, so heres some pics of the aftermath. This was done on day 19. There was some stuff I left on the edges and what not but they got a pretty decent strip for the most part.
So these girls stretched way out of control. The sativa one is over 8' and pressed against the roof so that cola is nfg. Even with the silicic foliar and doubling up on the dose they didn't slow down at all.
Soon as stretch was over and there was less foliage, the plants dropped down to about the 600 - 650 mark. I've only got a few with signs of burning but that was back from the 800-900 days. Seeing the same data as last road as far as ppm uptake goes.
I'm also going to stray from the generic VPD chart to the other one thats available online where there are different ranges. Early veg, veg - early flower, then mid flower to finish or whatever times there are. The room seems to hover at 80F then spikes when the dehu kicks in and goes up to 85. I've dropped the target range for the humidity system to cover 60% - 65% down from the 65%-70%.
I had to relocate the 630 CMH to overtop the table with the smaller garlicstorm's since the big sativa was getting roasted. Panels got turned down to 75% but even though there panels are squatted on the tops, there is no sign of bleaching so far. Once i do another defol in late flower I'll crank em up to 11.
